Don’t stop the commentary chuck, your personality is what makes the channel tbh, otherwise it would just be a guy driving a truck and we would have no clue what’s going on lol, but fr chuck you have a good personality for this don’t change it, if it’s not broke don’t fix it
Hey Chuck, it been awhile since I commented but I’m still here watching. I really like your commentary with your videos. I enjoy seeing you go about your day even though I’m not a trucker. On another subject, I’m sure you’re anxiously awaiting next week’s Z06 unveiling. Give it another year and I bet you’ll be talking to your buddy Rick.
I enjoy you talking and explaining everything every step chuck. Thank you for making this amazing videos. Best of wishes and blessings , please dont ever stop doing daily content.
I drove a truck 20 years ago and I believe you should speak in your video and explain things that a non driver would understand. Keep up the good work. 😎🇺🇸👍
How do you keep such a positive happy attitude in this job? I think running city and driving in general sucks now more than ever! The last time I liked my driving job was over 20 years ago. Never had to work more than 9 hours in a day got paid OT after 8 and all benefits were no cost and covered the whole family!! There comes a point in time where other things in life matter more than making money and having to be at work for more than 9-10 hours a day! But it will all be over for me in another 6-8 years thankfully! And I can't wait.On a more positive note, your videos are well done and it's great to see you liking the work!
I don’t even look at LTL as work but more as a hobby that they happen to pay me for each week. 😁. I have been so blessed in life and having my health and my family and their health you can’t help but to just live a life of thanksgiving. Being debt free affords you the ability to do what ever it is you want to do and some think I’m crazy but for me it’s driving a big truck. 😁. Thanks for stopping by the channel my good Sir!
Keep the commentary! I like hearing about the places you go, but as a new driver I like listening to you talk about the way you do your maneuvers. Helps me out to see and hear how other drivers make decisions.
Whatever you do, DON'T stop the commentary!! Its always good to hear what you got to say. Plus you have a very positive outlook on life in general and it's contagious when you talk!
Hey Chuck! I've been in sales for years working as a broker for shippers under an Estes subsidiary. Just wanted to say I enjoy your content and shows me a bit of what your guys day to day is like on the ground level.
Your first pick up.... the guy working the dock and forklift is a great worker got your trailer door up for you before you were even back there.... definitely team player. . . . . WISH every pick up went that easy for U . . .LoL 😃...
Commentary is good. The hat cam can be tough to really tell whats going on occasionally. Maybe even put the hat cam on your hat sitting in front of you on the dash, so we can see you driving and commenting.
I'm a rookie truck driver just got my CDL October 5th working for Werner any truckers got any advice for me I'm planning to do OTR so any OTR advice would be nice as well as advice in general
I was wondering if you could talk about the places or clientsqhere you pick up and deliver and yes your explanations are good. They throw some context for me.
Most hub drivers work the dock and then drive a short run. Some do a run to another terminal and work the dock there for 4-5 hours then do a run back to their home terminal. You don’t have to do P&D before becoming a Hub driver or a line haul driver.
@@TheTulsaTrucker when your doing p&d , when you get to a location where you never been how do you know which way to and not to go in ..? do you pretty much go to the same places ? our is it different everyday?? i drive for a food chain and deliver to stores .., you guys go everywhere.... lol
I really enjoy the commentary of knowing the different places you deliver and pickup from. 👍🏼

As a P&D driver do you get over time? If not when or do you think the policy will change?
After 50 hours but I seldom work that many.
How much college do you have access

I say talk as much as you want. If someone doesn't want to hear it, they can mute it. I like having the option....

I like when you explain everything, boring otherwise I would think.
Does Estes mean anything ? Owners last name? Wife's name? just wondering...
Rather hear you explaining things as you drive around town.
