    Today I will show you a very useful recipe
    Which will help you lose weight and cleanse your liver and intestines.
    Intestines and liver will be like new! All the dirt comes out
    Forget about obesity and excess weight.
    To prepare the recipe we need 2 teaspoons of chia seeds.
    Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of protein, and many essential minerals and antioxidants.
    They may help improve digestive health, lower blood pressure, and improve blood sugar control
    add warm water
    leave the chia seeds in the water for 10 minutes
    Add half an orange
    Oranges have both soluble and insoluble fibre.
    This helps in keeping your intestines and stomach function smooth, preventing irritable bowel syndrome.
    Additionally, the fibre helps treat constipation to a greater extent
    Add one apple
    Apple: This is another miraculous fruit for improving your liver health as it contains fibre and can help to detoxify the liver.
    Apples are a good source of nutrients, including fiber, vitamin C,
    and antioxidants which can help support healthy digestion, brain health, and weight management.
    Apples contain pectin, a type of fiber that acts as a prebiotic in your gut microbiome, and a healthy gut is often key
    Add cucumber
    They are low in calories but contain many important vitamins and minerals, as well as a high water content.
    Eating cucumbers may lead to many potential health benefits, including weight loss, balanced hydration, digestive regularity and lower blood sugar levels
    Add celery
    Celery improves overall health and accelerates weight loss.
    Celery supports digestion.
    While its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients offer protection to the entire digestive tract,
    celery may offer special benefits to the stomach.
    Add green beans
    Green beans are high in dietary fiber.
    Eating green beans for weight loss is very effective.
    Green beans speed up metabolism and cleanse the intestines
    Add lettuce leaves
    As lettuce is low in calories so it can help in weight loss.
    It's also rich in fibre and water, that are known to keep you satiated for long and prevent overeating.

    add 1.5 cups of water
    Grind it
    add the previously prepared chia seeds
    Mix well
    drink 1 glass a day in the morning
