    No question exercises are the gold standard of promoting health- and life span that nothing else can replace as effectively as well as safely as far as known so far.

    Some forms of exercise increases Klotho. Exercise has global positive health effects as well.

      @@brandillysmom Just normal cardio type physical activity/exercises. See recent talks/podcasts with Dena Dubal MD PhD and Saul Villeda PhD.

      @@brandillysmom One study indicated moderate, although there is fuzziness about how to define. If you are walking 5 miles a day (total for entire day) mostly at a decent pace (not plodding) and mixing in a little speed walking here and there that would probably do it and would be a lot more than most Adult Americans get. As a gauge, 20 minutes of walking at a normal+ 3 mph takes 20 minutes and is 1 mile (2,000 steps). If you are familiar with looking up studies on PubMed you can find a number there, sometimes the entire study vs abstract. Google Scholar search is another way. Just search Exercise Klotho. Also do what you can to maintain kidney function.

    GABA increases Klotho production at a very low dose 6mg/kg mice, human equivalent dose is .48mg/kg mixed with water and drunk throughout the day.
