As a gauge, 20 minutes of walking at a normal+ 3 mph takes 20 minutes and is 1 mile (2,000 steps). If you are familiar with looking up studies on PubMed you can find a number there, sometimes the entire study vs abstract. Google Scholar search is another way. Just search Exercise Klotho. Also do what you can to maintain kidney function.

GABA increases Klotho production at a very low dose 6mg/kg mice, human equivalent dose is .48mg/kg mixed with water and drunk throughout the day.
