Hi! If you want to see something like a bts of the MV, you actually can see all the creation process of the album and behind the scenes of Super Clap on Season 3 of "SJ returns", it's one of his variety shows, you can find it on "Vlive". I think it's from episode 36+ where they begin to show all the preparation of the album, photo shoot, song recordings, coreographys, etc. And from episode 48+ it's the behind the scenes of Super Clap. All are less than 7 minutes episodes, approximately.
I hope you guys understand me, I don't know how explain it better, I don't speak english ;-;

I must say that I agree with Efra. When you are really focused in something like exercizing, a song on repeat is really helpful. I'm not into running anymore (problems with my anckle) but when I would do that, I used to listen only one song for hours and it was amazing. Nowadays when I really like a song (not always), I really get into it, and I don't listen to it for hours but I only listen to that song for entire days, until my mood changes or I get into another song. I think that's because some people work better with repetitive patterns. Todos tenemos nuestras pequeñas obsesiones(???).
However, I like this song a lot, because it gives energy. You can feel it when you listen to it. Thanks for the reaction!
