    Fantastic as always! Love your luxurious words.
    A slight caveat on teas for any sipping friends - ask a medical herbalist about Valerian if you have long QT syndrome, irregular heartbeats or any sensitivity to things like anti-inflammatories, SSRIs or anti-histamines. Tea strengths are monitored but often don't account for our lovely disabled collective wanting to partake too, and valerian is a hell of a drug! I like to use it aromatically instead, if I want a heady scent for deep slumber 💜

      I was once told be an herbalist that valerian is only good for extreme situations, like after surgery. I wonder if you’ve heard that before?

    • @lucileanan
      @lucileanan 4 місяці тому +1

      @@ELMcenter Not at all, but that's interesting! I personally never used it in my surgical recoveries either, due to the contraindications, but I wonder why that's the case. I certainly used it for sleep more after a medically traumatic event, but that's more because my sleep is (thankfully) deep and undisturbed most of the time!

    Magically, I started the routine of morning meditation today. I have been thinking of a daily routine. At first it was just morning stretches. Then I added a morning meditation today that focuses on what makes me feel good, and letting that feeling warm my heart and being.

    For real. Calmness, meditation, staying present, just loving yourself with a smile on your face without the constant pressure to become ”your ideal self“ is so underrated. A bit off topic but I miss the 80s or 90s where stuff felt generally more happy, at ease, loving and more colourful (not saying these times were perfect but they had such a different vibe!). Personally, I do think that consciously relaxing about certain topics and trying to prioritise your inner calm and peace, slowing down etc. is the key in life. Even for manifestation! I never manifested anything through effort, stressing, techniques, intellectualising manifestation etc. Things only ever shifted for the better whenever I just sat in silence, meditated, focussed on myself, didn’t try and become someone else in my mind but actually loved myself and just lived and enjoyed life. Just like someone in the comments here mentioned that she discovered the power of (morning) meditation and that blessings have been pouring in. Like yes. ❤

    • @Mastrninamarie
      @Mastrninamarie 2 місяці тому +1

      Wow I feel like I could have wrote this, I'm so happy to see someone else is on their path and getting it! I sometimes reminisce about those years you mentioned for the exact same reason. Along with the morning meditation, I really started to pay attention to my thoughts and realized how recycled they were and that I didn't even feel that way anymore, so I started staying aware of the present moment more and more instead. Blessings to you! ❤

    • @jillkx
      @jillkx 2 місяці тому

      @@Mastrninamarie we‘re soulmates. Great minds think alike ❤️ It‘s funny that we first take the hustle and effort approach, just to eventually consciously unlearn it again as we come to realise that it’s not the effort and strain that shifts us, our environment and desires but staying still does. When we’re still, we‘re not resisting anymore and the current can take us where want to be. Having that self love, inner calm, faith and actually working on putting yourself first and, as you said, checking in with your overall mindset, is a much healthier, sustainable and successful approach than new age manifestation stuff that always revolves around effort, exhaustion and inner fights. Why is it that so many people manifest what they want once they ”let go“? Because they give up on their desires? No. Because they consciously decide to relax into it, don’t chase it and put their inner state first which then leads to alignment. When we’re relaxed, we align with the version of ourselves that has faith and an inner knowing that things can shift in divine timing without getting yourself burnt out. The less we try and desperately do, the more things will gravitate towards us. Whatever we chase, runs away. When we’re positively indifferent/more carefree, we provide the energetic space for good things to come to us as our energetic cloud clears up. ✨ Blessings to you too, lovely 🌸

    I know exactly what you speak of. I keep the mind open by remaining detached until I become attach. This helps to see as many perspectives as much as possible. It also caters to how you deal with situations...how detached or attached to people and the situations in which you partake in.

    The quote at the beginning struck me in the best way, as I'm finding myself in a time where I'm being called to slow down, center and calm myself despite experiencing the anxious resistance to keep moving. This video was the perfect, tender and sweet reminder that it's okay to slow down. Made me recall a quote I heard from another creator that expresses a similar sentiment to this video "Move at the pace of the slowest part of your nervous system"
    I adore your creative voice and vision. How you curate and create every detail of these videos feels like a cozy warm cup of tea, inviting a part of me to let out a satisfying sigh 😌✨🍵💖

    And there’s a quote I really like; It is : “Make yourself a cup of tea. You wouldn’t make a cup of tea for someone you hate, right ? Therefore, making yourself a cup of tea is an act of self love. Start with that.” 🤍

    Hi i appreciate this video i have been having a hard time letting go of this one person i was in a relationship with even tho i was the one that mistakenly let them go back in june. I messed up our relationship and I did a lot of things wrong over time as the relationship went on. I wasn't a good man at the time to this person she was rare but as a man i know were young and we mess up but i been tryna learn from it but im also still staying stuck on the past and my wrongs. I don't think i have let go of her in my mind and heart which has been a reason why i have struggled to forgive myself and move forward and furthermore continue to truly grow as a man. I miss her everyday even tho she wants nothing to do with me and I don't think she does miss me but i cant fault her for that. I havent really been at peace with myself for months and i feel like im still punishing myself and maybe its still well deserved im not shore.Anyway thank you for this video fr

    I love the video as usual. One of the skills I learn about in a specific type of therapy I participate in is Radical Acceptance. I see so much of that in your teachings 😊
    I left a comment, last week, about lingering heartbreak after a tough separation. I spent the weekend detaching from him and being at peace with it. I went to therapy with him a couple hours and discovered that this man is desperately in love with me and has been feeling ‘not good enough’ for me and afraid of rejection. My recent glow-up made matters worse. He was essentially manifesting this rejection 😪
    I told him as long as I’m his wife, and he is working with a professional on his issues, I will not reject his efforts. What a night and day change in one week, after years of problems!
    I will be protecting my spirit from being bitten by his demons going forward; so we will remain separated until i see consistent progress. But I never would have guessed his true issue was being afraid of the intensity of love he has for me.
    Detaching and receiving works!
    Peace to you all. 😊

      Oh wow, thank you so much for sharing. All the best to you! 🌸 I do think oftentimes men don’t open up but rather go silent, even ghost us, treat us in unfavourable ways etc., not because they don’t love us but sometimes BECAUSE they love us and they always deal with their issues on the inside and don’t realise what it does with us and they eventually lose us. So I can totally see how things have shifted for you. Detaching, staying calm, meditation, letting things flow has been a game changer for me as well. Whenever I stay calm (as good as I can), focus on the ”now“ and relax instead of mentally push, overthink, try to change things etc., the quicker and easier things shift to the better!

    Let go, knowing that it's done for you as if you have it now ..be excited in knowing that its done. The thought is coin accepted by the conscious mind, all it needs to do is let go of the coin ...the only way for the conscious mind to let go of the coin/thought is to fill the coin with emotional intensity till it becomes red hot ....then the conscious mind will say to the subconscious "ok, I get it ..here take it. It's too hot for me, I TRUST YOU." The coin is for the gargantuan well of the subconscious mind ..more importantly don't worry about the "how"
    God's ways are far past finding out. Ergo let go of the thought so that you can receive the thought.

    I have a potential video request: How do you balance detachment and the other techniques you talk about when trying to communicate authentically with an ex-partner, when there is still love and affection between the two of you?
    Context:
    I'm in a situation where my ex and I have decided to remain close (because we're each other's person, whether we're together romantically or not), there is potential of us getting back together someday, and I want to be honest with him about how being broken up makes me feel. We've only been broken up for three months and have had a couple conversations about it already. I've been very candid with him about the pain it's caused me. He is selectively emotionally expressive and so he hasn't really gone into his feelings about it yet.
    Going forward, though, I don't want to jeopardize whatever potential exists between the two of us by being either too detached or far too revealing of my feelings about him and our situation. One aspect of his past that sticks in my thoughts a lot is that he grew up in a family where love, affection, and true feelings are often not expressed at all - and I feel that he needs someone to express their love for him, but it also may be too hard for him to process it.
    I know that was a lot of information, but a video addressing this in some way would be fantastic. I am very curious to hear what you would suggest, or if you have any videos on this topic already that would be relevant. Thank you! 🌸✨🧡

    I have been watching your videos for a bit this week, and while I do agree with most of what you say and disagree with others (which is fine - or maybe I don't get them at first), I need to say that you have such a calming vibe I've never felt more secure. I would trust you in a heartbeat, I swear. Also you have a very nice, calming voice for ASMR too. This is a very refreshing approach to manifestation and life in general, I like it so much. Thank you for sharing!

    I'm just going to say eating barely any sugar and concentrating on meat/protien and leaning toward carnivore has helped me a lot. I also find that I must have cortisol issues which contributes to my stress, I am seeking an Endocrinologist. Leaving a toxic job and toxic people has calmed me down A LOT. Taking Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium L Theonate(spelled wrong) and also just affirming everything always works out for me. Just trying to keep moving Onward and upward. (I also have depression/anxiety but ridding of anything toxic helped drastically!!!)
