I'm just starting out and I follow a ton of tattoo pages and your channel is by far the best... You really explain things very well and do a great job showing examples... Thanks so much!
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial I live in a very small town and I don't have a mentor so having a channel like yours helps me so much. Definitely keep up the good work. Thanks again!!
Lovely vid. Same when u use the mag as a liners, its basically a 2/3 rs/rl . Just how you set the machine to pack and your building technique. Still a great job on your tattoo and method and if you like and mastered the mag , you do your thing.
Could one also build the color then come back with the edge of the mag to set a definitive line ? Instead of trying to set the line first the stay working within the lines created with the mag ?
Flat vs Curved, Flat would be good for straight lines, would curved mags be better for curved lines? My thoughts would be to be careful not to use a flat with a curved line as it may cut the skin?
I'm glad you did the video bc after your last video iv been Practicing lineing with a mag on fake skin it really not to hard to do but when I frist tried it I did the Double line the wrong way I cut the fakeskin so I stop rewatch your video again and I seen were I messed up but I have it now steal have to Practice a lot more but thank you for the great content😅
Opinions are different, but my mentor told me to start with doing the stencil by hand, u will do exaxtly the same with the machine what u also do on stencil, also u get better feeling how u should build the tattoo
Yes lol I was editing the description because I forgot to add something in, and through a series of unfortunate events the delete button was clicked lol Lesson learned to work on things while very tired and not paying attention
@@poohdiddy5326 oh wait.. legacy as in needlejig ? Lol I’m sorry i spaced out on the name. I thought you meant legacy as a brand. I like their mags a lot. Their liners not so much.
For me that's what make your videos stand out!!! You explain the wrong way too, super valuable. Please don't stop making videos. 😊
Super informative. Thanks so much for taking the time to make these videos!
No problem !

Thanks for all your video! Really, you are super helpful and direct
You’re welcome ! Glad you like them :)
Can you please share what voltage you used?
didnˋt search for this. but its very helpful and good to know - thank you
What is the best voltage to use when shading solid black? Is it best to start at a very low voltage
Could one also build the color then come back with the edge of the mag to set a definitive line ? Instead of trying to set the line first the stay working within the lines created with the mag ?
That could work. Gotta be careful tho because it could end up sloppy
Great help. Thank you! How long did it take you to get comfortable with your line work?
Very helpful 👍

I honestly don’t use flat for anything.

Love your videos, one thing if you wet the towel a bit, or wet the barrier below it, the reel skin should stick better without tape
Ooh that makes sense! Thank you
How do you like the legacy carts I see the on IG all the time
Never tried them!
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial oooo I see them in this video must haven’t used them on humans.

Why not just use a round Shader
Bc this is faster
