Hi! If you're reading this i'm sending you all the love and strength. You're not alone in this! Hope this gives you a little bit of encouragement today. These couple of weeks i've been so disoriented but i'm trying to have a good balance of work and fun. Going out to nature really does help haha. I'm going to be moving soon since my lease is ending, but nothing is set in paper yet so im feeling quite in limbo right now. Definitely need activities and mindfulness to ground me. Life isn't perfect, and the pressure of having it to be really affects me. Also if you would leave a thumbs up on the video I would greatly appreciate it! It helps my channel alot!
Sorry, but having a lot of experience with burn-out I would like to say that your title should be 'How I deal with burn-out'. What works for you, doesn't work for others and it can trigger things. So be careful with that please. Also, check the difference between burn-out and bore-out.
Take your time and I also felt like I was disconnected with the world due to this pandemic and also I felt like my world came crashing down because I lost people that I knew due to COVID-19 and I lost my friend that we both graduated from high school in 2018 but when this pandemic hit she fell ill and she didn’t text that much until one rainy morning I got a phone call from her mother crying and her braking the news to me that she had passed away and also having graduation pulled from underneath my feet that college graduation I was looking forward to and also worked so hard for to just have the pandemic come pull it away from me and taken in an instant from me so I slowly try accepting that who know we are going back to normal

I felt this, in a different way but very similar. My mother worked hard to make sure I had the freedom to follow my passions. I got very overstressed/burned out over a book I'm working on and I just walked away from it for months even though I really need to work on it and I felt terrible for it. Today was the first day I worked on it again. I was just expecting too much from myself and now I'm going to take the time I need to work on it. I think you nailed it about listening to your body. It will always know what's up. Recently, I started saying that I was a plant in the garden. I need fresh air, sunlight, water, and food. I can't grow without it. For some reason, that tends to get me to take care of myself better... not perfect but it is a start. It's amazing what we learn about ourselves when we really start looking closely. It doesn't have to be a negative experience. It is all about learning. You are amazingly uplifting and even when things are hard, you are trying and that is all that matters. As a side note: your cat is absolutely the floofiest kitten even and amazing. They really do seem to know when people need them even if they are generally super aloof.

Throughout the whole of last year I worked really hard in school to keep a consistency of good grades and stuff since it was the only way for me to really busy myself and I felt like at least it would be some good end results- it would be worth it. But then somewhere at the end of the school year I came to a declining hill so this is really helpful as during this whole summer I've been feeling like the days and nights are blended. I know sometimes it can be hard to be productive and active but just remember sleeping and resting is productive! Your brain basically downloads and stores everything u did for the day when you sleep and rest and I know it can seem tuff but know I love you and you got this!

perfect timing. i have been overwhelmed by how much change has been happening around me recently. personally, i’ve had a lot of loss in my family. as well as the introduction of many new things that i am completely unfamiliar with. i’ve been trying to find encouragement and coping skills that will help me better maintain all the aspects of my wellness. so i will 101% be implementing these concepts, ideas, and reassuring reminders :)) thank u so much

It's amazing how inspired and good I feel watching your routine. There's a lot going on in my head these days, and organizing thoughts is challenging. I just want to be okay with myself, have a healthy routine, be able to learn fluent English, but everything seems impossible, even trying for 5 years, it seems like nothing has changed. The good thing is that I'm persistent, day after day fighting to get better... if I'll get at least half of what I want I don't know, but I'll have a clear conscience of having done my best. Thanks for inspiring me to move forward!

I’ve been struggling with this for over a week now, I had no idea it was called burn out because I have been doing almost nothing this whole time, I thought burnout meant you had to be doing things, my mental health issues caused my burnout. Thank you again ivan for helping me to see where and what I can do next for myself ❤️✨
I really appreciate this video, your vulnerability and just lovely energy. I can relate to this healing process a lot, having to remind myself to do simple things and be kind to myself. Perfection is a colonialist, capitalist, eugenic idea I have to keep reminding myself is at odds with my true beliefs. I usually work part time but lately they needed me to work 8h a day, always standing and it makes me so tired. My scoliosis, knees and feet are always hurting. I get home and i have the constant feeling that life is passing by. That tomorrow i'll have to work again, i shouldn't be wasting time, i have zero motivation, i rarely cook myself meals or eat good food and i feel shitty about that. I know how to change this but I don't have the strenght to do it. I see my mom worried that i'm not eating well, my friends telling me i'm making the social gatherings depressing and i just wanna be left alone ...
I have been dealing with this specially because of the online classes where it seems like there is no difference between my class and my time...so yeah thank you for sharing this 😘😘😘
