A technician visit is arranged within 24-48 hours.
If the technician visit is not possible due to some reason, our team shall help with video call support to assemble and fine-tune at no extra charge.
The bikes are 85% assembled and then packed and shipped out to every customer.
We do send the tool kit which is required for self-assembly or assisted assembly.

I bought this cycle online within three months its having complaints. I located thier stores and contacted them none of them r ready to solve my gear related issue. Contacting their online complaint resolving number its not at all helpful within three months its having issue's realated to Gear. Now i has to buy new Gear but no warranty. Dealers of 91 cycles r not ready to solve my issue Horrible service.

Never heard something like this in my entire life. So please don't buy from them
