Sony V crashing is one of the big reasons why I haven't gotten MEP parts posted yet, let alone other stuff :( I've had it with Sony Veg Pro 8. For some reason it's not just my Pro 8 that's conspired against me, it's all of them! (Vickster sent me a link to hers and it was still all like 'layers what?!') So I'd REALLY appreciate it if you guys could help me out! The whole 'no more than 3 layers thing' isn't always a problem but for nearly ALL of my major projects (Stained, Carnival of Rust, etc) 3 is the bare minimum :(

that aside, i'm sorry you're having this trouble....I wish I could help, but I have had no experience with Sony Vegas so I don't know.

I bow before Sony Vegas 9. It's opened so many wonderous doors for me. :D Though I bought mine so sadly i can't help ya... but your vid was hilarious and I do hope you find Pro 9. :)

It may NOT be the program itself. There has been a LOT of problems
with graphic / video cards and/or their drivers, particularly some of
the older ATI Radeon series ones. This problem will affect all sorts
of stuff, but particularly video and rendering because of it's massive
bit rates in comparison to almost any other type of file or computer
functions. This may be your actual problem. Good Luck !!

Oh Shade nooo thats horrid!!! *is Tulio beside you crawling on the ground from her vegas' crazy lockups*That just started happening to me! Vegas was like skull love?^^ I shAll never let you open a project again!! Yeah at least I can edit but only in 1 sitting if I save exit and try to reopen it's just not gonna open up. Heh stupid skull love Vegas. Hopefully someone will have a link.

Kay. evidently...it's contagious.....my Sony Vegas just crashed...completely shut down...wont let me access anything ;_;

Poor you, my trial has been ridiculous.....that stupid green flicker has been sneaking into all my videos. If sony didn't have green screen, I would K.O it out my window so fast and leave it for friggin roadkill!!!!!!

Reinstall your OS and install Vegas once again :Å
