yestderday i flew the strike2 in thermal conditions and i have to say that it submits a bit more from the glider than, for example, the neo stay up but in a friendly, good way. despite the better feedback, the harness still felt stable and safe. pushing the speedbar is easy with not much pressure.

1:56 In der Gurtzeugzulassung ist doch der Protektor nicht festgehalten. Der Protektor wird doch nach einer eparaten Richtlinie geprüft und zugelassen. Oder habe ich da etwas falsch verstanden?
Hallo Chris, du probierst hier die Größe M. Frage dazu: Wie groß/schwer bist du. Hast du das L auch probiert, denn bei der Rückenlänge scheint hier noch Platz nach oben zu sein. "Der Beschleuniger läßt sich gut drücken", aber ist er auch länger bequem zu halten, also ohne einschneiden im Rücken? Ansonsten danke, guter Bericht.
Is this a reasonable option for a first pod harness that is also lightweight ?.. or is the previous Strike better and more stable? ..or perhaps you would recommend a different lightweight pod harness as a first pod harness? Thanks.
despite the low attachment points the strike2 is more or less "easy" to fly for a pod harness and its really comfortable for its class. if you like it more easy and a bit more heavy, take the delight3. also good "beginner" pod harness is the advance lightness3 (a lightweight version will be released probably in autumn). the neo stay up is also a good choice and more stable but rescue is attached to the main carabiners and sometimes the pilots feel that its not as comfortable as some others but it depends (for me its good). for sure its the best to have a good instructor/dealer/buddy who knows you and your flying skills to give you the best support and advice. cheers, chris
@@andrewaustin7870 i didt fly the strike1 for a long time but the overall feel (as i remember) is more or less the same (same height of attachment points) with better comfort (feels super comfy and the back is perfetcly supported) and you can adjust the front strap easily for more/less stability. while groundhandling the harness feels "light" and really good. its easy to get into the pod with a addition mounted rubber on the pod plate.
@@ParaglidingAcademy What size have you flown?Im 193cm ,im trying to decide which size to take.Saving Weight by not going into XL size would be adventage but i dont want to feel squash.Supair cant decide which would fit me neither...
Danke für das Review, Chris. Mich würde das Packmaß interessieren, bspw. im Vegleich zu meinemin Lightness 2 und einem Range x-Alps 2. Ich will mal was mit Brett und ohne Bürzel und dann am Besten noch was wo ich eine steuerbare Rettung reinbekomme mit Quick-Out Karabiner (die gehen bei meinem nicht durch die Schlaufen :-( ) ausprobieren.
hallo günther, mit dem airprotektor ist das packmaß in etwa gleich wie beim range x-alps2 und weniger als beim lightness2. der container ist "relativ" großzügig. eine sqr light 100 und sqr light120 geht problemlos rein d.h. voraussichtlich auch ein leichter beamer. sollte das gurtzeug in frage kommen gerne bei uns persönlich melden. liebe grüße, chris

Die Beingurte sehen sehr angenehm aus, auch wenn man mal etwas groundlen will am Startplatz.
ja ist wirklich sehr bequem und die legpads klasse ohne einzuschneiden.
Du erwähnst immer wieder das Stay-up von Neo. Möchtest du dazu auch mal einen Bericht machen? Und wie siehst du es im Vergleich zum Ozone F Race?
Frage: Ich habe Schuh Größe 47 gibt es liegegurtzeuge wo so eine große fußplatte haben

Did you check if zipper stay closed for the lines to reserve?
Will size L be ok for somebody of 192cm?
