To lose weight..eat twice light food in one day only..no junk food at all drink extra water and do at least minimum 40 mins fast walk every day...I did this and lost 1 stone in two weeks.

Excellent advice, fully agree with this. I manage to lose 13kg , come off all medication - bp and cholesterol. Like you said increased vegetable intake, increased activity, eliminated sugar, reduced carbs. Feel the best ever had.

You can have complex carbs. Just avoid simple carbs like rice and maida.

@VISHAL OJHA I quit roti for one month only ate dal, vegetables with very less oil, double toned milk and fruit salad, start cycling daily 45 minutes and in morning did kapalbhati 30 minutes daily 15 min anulom vilom Luke warm water.

I'm suffering from thyroid but i get to know 1 year back but i was suffering from 5 years back, it started when i went to another city for my engineering the changes comes in body after 1.5 year of engineering i became fatty... i suffer a lot from lazyness, fatness, unable to speak properly, snoring...after completion of engineering i went to Qatar there also i suffer a lot.. when i came to india after 2 years my mom get shock to see my face became double size n i ws breathing from mouth n snoring loudly then next day my mom took me to a doctor for why he was snoring at the age of 26.. in reply the great doctor said he is suffering from hypo thyroid.. by the grace of god now I'm fit n fine

Dal chinni ek spoon /day (grind powder) , mitti ka oil massage Raat ko sone se pehle n akhrot khayo daily 3-4 (worked for me)
Knee me pain calcium k kami se hota hai. Calcium intake jada kar do.
Squat karo 4set 15reps.. Niche baithte waqt dhire dhire baithne and muscle connect karna.. Bas. Ho gaya.. 5 din regular karo.. Fir batana. Agar ghutno se tok tok awz ata hai toh bhune huye chana khao.. Bas. Khus raho
