I can't tell you what this song means to me. I first discovered it from the paw patrol movie, and now i listen to it every single day. I have battled mental health problems for a long time, making me feel very alone. The lyrics are a true reflection of what's going on in my head, and have helped me say that important phrase "I need help". It's something I've always had a hard time saying as I thought it made me weak, but I now know there's no shame in asking for help. Thank You :) xx

My only friend killed himself one week after his birthday in april And I can't ask for help because the child therapist have to tell my parents if I say anything about harming myself or others and I don't trust them anyways

I don't know how old you are, but please just make that first cry for help, you'll find there's so many people who really care fo you. Mental Health is really important, and cannot be conquered alone. Together we are stronger than alone. I'm 19, on the Autism Spectrum, in one of the worst times of my life right now(nothing compared to losing a friend), but I'm taking my experience and am studying to become a Social Worker or Psychologist. Stay strong and find someone who you trust to talk to, and listen to music...Its a really good coping strategy, just don't do anything you'll potentially regret.
"I Need Help!" is a VERY catchy tune! I love it. Fitz & The Tantrums are a very alternative & eclectic band & with all the crap out now, they are a very refreshing change. Fun, happy & just dance! I love the 1960s groove they possess. Keep it up!

I just had the immense pleasure of seeing them perform live at DreamForce 2022. The "crowd" was too damn small and they deserved far better turn out! They played this one and I sure hope that the gig was only a warm up for something bigger. Hope the band got a good paycheck for their time. They were awesome to experience and for those who didn't attend, you surely missed out!
