- A CS2 guide on how to find the perfect sensitivity for you. I will discuss tips on pro player influence and how we often copy their sensitivity and settings, the PSA Method, which is mathematically proved to find your perfect sensitivity, and also what the differences are between low sensitivity players and high sensitivity players.

Keep pumping more shorts and you will surely get to the top in no time.
Love you bro!
Love your videos, keep at it man!
Hey I appreciate this. I think you're one of the best CS UA-camrs and it's criminal that you don't have more views.
Cheers mate I appreciate that!! :))
Amazing!
I thought i've heard everything about mouse sens but man... You always add something new to every old subject!
Thank you lad :))
i feel chill watching you man, love the content keep it up!
Cheers mate I’m glad you like it :))
I've been watching every video of yours, and I love how deep you go into the topics, I'm currently around faceit lvl10, even though I know about most of the things on the topics you cover, I still watch it, and learn something from it, even though I did not learn as much in this one, this method you showed, was the way I found my sens and would encourage others to try, basically all this to say, really really good job, I know you probably have the next topics lined up, but I would really love to see a video on analyzing our own demos, since I found to be the best single tool to improve as a player, keep up the good work 😊
Thank you for the kind comment mate :)) I can definitely make a vid on demo watching in the future :)
Love this one, it's been a question I have had for a while! Prec bro!
Glad I can help mate :) thank you for the support
Thanks for this pal!
Thank you again for game and life lessons, found them very helpful and I very enjoy watching your videos. (Waiting for that banger stream)
Legend lad thank you :)
such a good video man, editing is so fluid
Cheers lad I appreciate it :)
I have 5k+ hours in the game, played it at highest amature levels, and I can learn from your videos.
This channel needs to blow up!
Keep up the great videos my man. You got my full attention by putting stardew valley music in the background
Thank you lad! I do love Stardew yknow it’s such a banger hahaha
feel you on the nicking pro player settings part especially. back in the day i used to change sens all the time until i settled on NiKo's for a while, and whilst this isn't necessarily "finding" the perfect sens and more "keeping" it, NiKo's sens was so low i was really starting to develop rsi towards the end, so even if i was perfectly comfortable on NiKo's sens in game my wrist just wasn't going to take it and i started increasing it up to 2.5@400dpi (1000edpi), where i've been sitting for years.
all that to say listen to your body folks! you might be cracked at whatever settings you're using but if your arm/wrists/hands are giving out, switch things up.
uff. Damn the last few lines man.
❤
Great video mate!
My tip is that when your changing the sens, from example 1.9 to 1.4. I would start by lowering to 1.8, and after a couple a games lower it by 0.1 again and so on until im on 1.4.
That way the change isn't so dramatic and you will adapt without even realizing it
This is a really good idea mate it can make the transition more seamless. I like it! :)
The difference between jagged low DPI and high sens vs. Smooth High dpi(not extrapolated) and low sense is also very interesting, but even more nuanced.
Amazing video! Even as an experienced player, your content is always worth a watch + you sound like a decent guy! Is there a way to play a game or two sometime?
Cheers mate I appreciate the kind words :)
I actually stream once a week or so on my UA-cam channel and I often queue with people in chat. Feel free to come hang out with us if you see me live and I’ll get you in a game :)
@@kneel69 awesome! looking forward to it!
Wow my friend literally started playing 2 days ago ill send her this video ty
Happy days! :)
bro I just played some csgo back in the days... felt like my sense was to high... then switched it to a low one like 1.47 and then sticked to it for 8 years + 🤣
A method i found out to work perfectly for me is to drag the mouse from left to right of the mousepad and do a bit more than 180 degrees. I guess it depends on the miusepad because if you have a huge one it would be really low, but for mine that's mid size it worked wonderfully
Good video! I'm stuck in a loop playing with low sense (0.58 @ 800 dpi). Playing dm on higher sense gives me insanely more frags and feels nicer with the movement. But playing with my low comfort sense gives me an avarage of +5 rating on letify on avarage.
Fully get you lad. A higher sens on dm makes it easier cuz you need to turn around a lot too, but when you have to sit and hold the same angle for an extended period of time, I’d take the low sens every time.
Imagine if someone went pro with a macro that turned their sens to different presets hahahaha
@@kneel69 i've actually thought about it.
High sense t
Low sense ct
xD
Yeah I am guilty of changing sensitivity settings in recent years as well. When I was at my best I played 400 x 2 and before that 400 x 1.2 or 1.4. Then I simply stopped playing. Work, life and other things kicked in and I was playing less and less. So I became rusty, slower and overall worse player. But my friends - they kept playing every day. One day I decided I would take the DPI of one of my friends and try to adjust with it. It has been 2 or 3 years maybe since I am playing on 800 DPI with various senses ranging from 1 to 1.5 in-game. It's exactly what you said - I tried to take a short cut and not admit that I am rusty and behind everyone else by stop playing. I don't feel a better player having faster sens. In-fact 2-3 years later I am the most inconsistent player ever. One game I can destroy everyone and in the next I am the biggest bot. It's not only about sens but confidence as well, but you already spoke about it. Nowadays, I try to avoid changing settings dramatically, because I remember what Niko said few years ago on his stream when he was asked how is he so consistent. He simply replied: "I play with the same settings for years".
best video and relatable
Thank you mate :)
Pick a sense range where your movement doesn't feel blocky and your precision doesnt feel too difficult to control. It's more a of having a middle ground type sense. I use 1600 0.5 at the moment. At super high sens I start shaking under pressure no one talks about your practice aim vs in game aim cause you play differently. The true sens is when you watch your demo and see how you perform in game.
Shox's was elite back in the day
When utlity guide on the best map, vertigo?
So, I'm usually a roamer/fill role/flank but ive been using really low sens up until recently where i upped it 50% and feel like i am cheating as i dont have to move my arm and can do everything with my wrist. I really like to just have my arm planted on the desk 24/7
Edit: Its also way easier to click heads now!
I think a big part is using something thats comfortable for you, regardless of what the pro scene is using, i've been running 3200 eDPI since around 2012 and its been great! Higher/lower sens might be more beneficial depending on what you play, but whats even more beneficial is having a dialed in muscle memory
32 with 2 zeroes?????
@@belgiumball2308yes, 3200
I’m the complete opposite. My eDPI is 400
1.5 is low? I thought my .83 average. I'm still new to the game though so I'm still learning. I upped my DPI to like 3200 after I realized I was on 400 though and it's been super smooth.
first follower on x i got u top content as per lets have it
Legendary move lad :)
Where do the edm/lofi nintendo songs come from?
my edpi is 3600×2=7200. Idk should i change my sens or not :)
I thought low sens was the way, and played on 400 edpi for 1-2 years not realising how stupidly low it was until i compared to what sens pros actually use 😂
what is aim map? 0:56
Lol I have an eDpi of 343 (0.45 700dpi) and I feel a little slow to actually rotate fast sometimes but I really the low sense considering I play with a glass pad so I feel if I went any higher then my accuracy would go out the window
Meanwhile im out here at 2000 dpi 4.5 sensitivity, so 9000 edpi lmfao.
With very little desk space and having always been a wrist user anyways, its hard to try lower sensitivities.
What map is that with the flick shots?
At 0:57
That’s ‘aim_treeni’ mate. I have a vid about workshop maps from a few weeks back which might be useful for you, it also has the link to this (aim_treeni) map in the description!
Hope that helps mate :)
Do you have a discord channel to promote stuff?
I am planning on making one soon mate :)
I will mention it all over my youtube when it’s up mate
0:06 who are these players? beside zywoo of course
I use 1.25 on 400 DPI since 2014
i use 1.5 on 800 dpi
Just checked my edpi and its 3852...
Im curious if anybody plays with a weirder sense Im on 4.30 sensitivity in CS2
wait so 1000 dpi and 3.00 sens is a lot then. uhh
Just figured I have 2500 eDPI on cs2 😭
Your perfect sens is always 1.
Just trust me.
It is always a familiar face I will admit
How so?
@@andwoe1752 Just trust me. Your perfect sens is always 1, +-5. No matter your DPI
Came here expecting some tips for how to identify a suitable sens for cs... I'm currently using a eDPI of 1600, but it used to be even higher. I have gradually reduced it from 2400 over the past year, I believe my biggest problem is tracking.
You won't need to 360...BEHIND YOU
