It's super interesting to see how Andrew directed Jungkook, and how immediate the sound engineers' work is connected to the whole process. Ist goes to show that a pop record like this really is the child of multiple creatives, not just the singer. Even though our Jungkookie was of course the one to breathe life into it all, and the did ot brilliantly as always. I'm extremely proud of him and his recent journey. No he’s not. At age 18, you’re considered adult. He turned 18 in 2015. In the video, he was 25 and now he’s 26 turning 27 this year. When you’re 18, your voice is fully developed. That’s why you hear JK’s voice differently in different songs and he has lots of singing styles. I mean he can take the challenge of singing different genres. Remember when JK said he wanted to do different genres like opera, classical singing, musicals, etc? (13:43) Yeah, he sometimes sings these genres (joking). His voice is no joke.

Holy moly jungkook’s learning curve is virtually at the speed of light. He immediately picks up cues and can implement it immediately. Super talented. Fascinating to watch.
Agree, that struck me how much he was a dream for the producers because he listened and was able to take their directions and do them immediately. His recording speed for songs is really fast for any pop artist, BUT he's learning new songs in English, having mainly to worry about pronunciations and what to emphasize in a matter of days. This is also a by-product of BTS mentality of working something until it is near perfection.
I love when BTS work with people who are so incredibly skilled but haven't let their work go to their heads. Andrew is such a cool dude, and he seems very kind as well as talented. He gave great notes and knew what JK could do. JK was working some truly amazing producers on this. And JK, of course, always strives to make everything perfect, and he did.
