Sir in my chart i can find the timing of my younger brother (6:18am) through venus( in leo sign) but when i am using the 3rd lord(Jupiter in cancer 10th house) one then its coming out to be wrong what are the reasons for this and what are the reasons for this head/hind rising technique's failure if at all it fails?
