Piero Ciampi was a genius, a poet, a holy drinker, together with Marchetti he created some beautiful songs. Adius was a scandal at the time but Ciampi's whole life was.

It is not about a personal experience, it's more about the relationship between women and men and the incapacity to understand each other after all these centuries. He was a great artist but never achieved stardom. He actually died poor due to his addiction to alcohol . He was somehow rediscovered in the early 90es but his popularity is not so wide. His original albums are generally worth hundreds of dollars and are very hard to find.

The most interesting piero ciampi s song is MIA MOGLIE (My wife), he was 100% real, he went in television totally drunk and singed, there were a sort of light and strange beauty, a sort of "aura" in ciampi
