Overall a good video. Not misleading or lazy. Don't take UA-cam comments to heart. People love to say negative things. It's often all they got in life. Only suggestion would be keeping making videos. You'll get better with experience.

Thanks for post this! Have a MFA for SSH project at work and this was very helpful.

can we set this to work for either password or ssh key login with pam_duo? If some user wants to login using ssh key or if some sure wants to login using password then both should work and prompt for duo push

Hi there. Thanks so much for you question!
Yes, you should be able to do this by editing /etc/ssh_config and /etc/sshd_config files such that both ssh key and password authentication are both set to true. This should allow you to use either password or ssh key then duo as a second form of auth after the first is successful.

@@TheDataDaddi hello thanks for replying.l, but I have tried multiple combinations with authentication methods in this file but for either case it doesn't work and also asked duo support team they also denied this option.
If it is possible then could you please share the right configuration?
      Thanks

I am sorry to hear that. What part specifically was unclear or misleading? If you can let me know, I will go back and update it when i get a chance. Thanks for the feedback!
