Hate people who say the 'true champion', the champion is the one with the most points at the end of the season. Just because you're favourite driver lost out or you don't like the winner doesn't mean you can pathetically undermine the champion by throwing around the phrase 'true champion'.
Emenike In 2012 McLaren wasn't really involved in the championship fight though. Hamilton lost an estimated 140 points through no fault of his own. He had DNF's while in high points scoring positions leading 3 races as well. 2012 was a 2 team fight for the title between Ferrari and Red Bull
M T that mclaren was a quick car tho but very fragile. They also ran into several pit stop issues. Podium places where extremely competitive and unpredictable
Emenike The team blunders on Hamilton's side of the garage were endless. Without all these mistakes and with a reliable car he would have been in contention for the title. It worked out in the end though. This is why he joined Mercedes.

gabox221 hms you're alright
yeah greatest driver in the current field🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆🗓🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Wole Oyeyele somebody Who respect the other drivers. I must say, i'm a Vettel Fan, but I Like Most of the drivers in the Formula 1
He did what he needed to do! Great guy, with great talent! Well deserved
Simon Speckmaier no he isn’t ricciardo beat him in 2014 so ricciardo is better than him so then verstappen is better than him and Hamilton is better not to mention Alonso
"are u crying? ...i think im crying"
Hate people who say the 'true champion', the champion is the one with the most points at the end of the season. Just because you're favourite driver lost out or you don't like the winner doesn't mean you can pathetically undermine the champion by throwing around the phrase 'true champion'.
England Goals it's like saying Liverpool were the true champions of the 2013/2014 premier league season.
England Goals What an idiot you are !!
Not really, cuz' Gerrard ruined it vs Chelsea xD
Dejan Deki You're the definition of irony.
I agree but not for 2008 :'(
2012 the last great F1 season. Mclaren v red bull v Ferrari v lotus. Even Sauber had a quick car at times
Despite losing the title, thats how you react when you know you pushed like an animal & when youre surrounded with nice people
2010 what a fantastic season!
Jraybay But Hamilton didn't win...
Nikias Jacobsen And...?
Jraybay And it surprises me that it was a fantastic season even though fucking Vettel won and not Hamilton
Jraybay you clearly support hamilton, but recognize a good tight season, respect for that
malltier I actually thought you were that RD S guy, I was so relieved when it wasn't him lol.
Team radio : Use best of your talent
Alonso : cut the corner
😂😂😂😂👍👍👍LOL Funny cool
I shitted myself so much in that crash with Luizzi that I didn't feel his hand of consolation on my back. Seriously I just realised it by watching the replay.
The first race of the Ferrari's shit strategy era.
vjekoP That must have started in 1980.
Ross brawn ferrari era is the exception for that
Vitaly Petrov, truly a legend
Vitaly Petrov: Sebastian Vettel's hero
I'm a hamilton fan but the emotion that vettel spoke with on the team radio when he won the world title, it made me feel happy for him!! Hope he brings on the challenge next season along with the red bulls of danny ric and max. Not to forget the BWOAICEMAN.
The Real MVP Please never change dude, you're one of the Hamilton fans that have respect for other drivers, this F1 community is toxic.
And you really are the real MVP
YOU ARE THE MAN!
FanOf Seb05 i prefer vettel than alonso so im happy for him he destroyed Alonso everytime 😂👌💪, .... 7 years later Alonso fans are Still salty 😂😂😂😂
Valtteri Bo77as Fan he destroyed him in a better car. That seems fair...
Konstantinos Dimas look at the Mercedes garage now it is not fair too
lol 321 4 I am not telling that it is fair. I just don't know why this fucker things that vettel destroyed Alonso when red bull had the best car
Im a die hard vettel fan and i want vettel to win his 5th championship
Hey look I'm in the video!
That was Petrov not you
1:58 :)
And the real Robert is the favourite for Felipe’s seat
@@albert9784 No INFRONT of Petrov IS Kubica, can you confirm that message.
Red Bull and Mercedes are polar opposites. The former never wins easy Championships, the latter never wins hard ones
I cried so hard when he won that world title. I really cried so hard. Months after meeting Seb face to face in Singapore, the title was his. I was...gobsmacked. Such great memories.
2010 seb-renault abu dhabi rb ywc
2021 max-honda engines
Bring so many memories!! Behind the scenes it may not have been great for other teams but the races were great
Bloody Petrov, as much of a pest as Glock was in 2008 for Massa's title hopes. 😭 As a Ferrari fan it sucked but my goodness was 2010 a grand year for F1.
James Cheeks why Glock? He couldnt to anything je was on the wrong tyres
yes he do, gap is been huge
Man i was a red bull fan but then when mercedes dominated i became a ferrari fan and a vettel fan
Everyone who thinks it was Glocks fault either didn't watch the race or doesn't have a clue how Formula 1 works. And I'm a Massa fan since 2006!
Well petrov wasnt just gonna let a rival teams car by
Why is the first "WELTMEISTER" and the reaction to it always missing from these compilations?!?!?! I remember watching that live. The comment from the racing engineer (which is in the video), then the silence. And then Horner gets on the mic and just says WELTMEISTER (the German word for World Champion). It was so epic.
If Schumacher didn't role forward at 0:40 then he could have died there and then
Predicted
Quick reactions on his part.
I don't think it was reactions as the car just seems to roll forward with the wheels continuing to move after the spin
@@Lennon6412 i think he pressed it by accident...really lucky of him.
And think about how horrible would have been if he didn't role forward...he would die right in front of the camera, right in front of the crowd and right in front of us
@@justarandomguy4873 That would have been dreadful, even with what has happened since then at least he is still with his family right now.
11 years later...
Back when we used to have the championship decided in the final race of the season..
Best f1 finish in years nothing has come close to that season finale.
This didn't age well
Well now it's Max's turn to enjoy his first world title😄
Man nice music in the background
2:27 Britta looking on like the proudest mom
The very early 2010's (including 09's Brawn GP) were def an interesting, exciting, but sadly short-lived era of F1. Glad to have seen this on TV back in the day.
Now it would be just a simple press of DRS button and easy championship for Alonso.
Petrov would've had DRS too ..
@@EnjoyTheSilenc3 I think you don't understand how DRS works right now
@@joaquintch9433 You can activate it if the car in front of you is
@@EnjoyTheSilenc3 No, that is perfect. But if you look the distance between Petrov and the next car is >1 so... (It could have used it in a single straight when he was close enough)
Maybe I'm wrong and he was closer, I dunno
If Alonso finishes 5th he'd be tied to Vettel on points, wins, 2nd and 3rd but Vettel had one more 4th finish. The moment Rosberg finished P4 that race Vettel won the championship.
In an alternate universe somewhere Alonso has 6 championships. I want to be in that universe
*Petrov. Is. Faster. Than. You.*
Massa likes it :)
@@cihanmertsener One other person liked it too
When UA-cam finally gets the recommendations right.
I could Win the World championship in that car
Say all the vettel haters
Lee Everett
Webber couldn't
it's funny how these haters always say '_'insert driver name_ won just because of the car''. And once their favorite driver wins, it's suddenly all about the skill.
+Marcus who was that message for?
Marcus 2012 mclaren is also a contender to
LethalWalou skill and talent gift you the good car that's how its done in F1. James Hunt from hesketh to Mclaren. Senna from toleman to lotus and ultimately Mclaren. Alonso from minardi to Renault. Vettel from toro rosso to Red Bull and etc. There is Some guy that stay waited and try to perfected the car to become competitive and got the prize like Schumacher in Ferrari. Button with the Honda which become Brawn or Rosberg with Mercedes. But still No one win the tittle with bad car
Two things that did not change till date, Ferrari's strategy and Vettel's assistant
I changed the course of the Championship
Fulma5tro Quello Vero no you didn’t but American history now instead
"Ferrari's strategy had backfired.."
That definetely aged well
11 years later max verstappen does exactly the same with the same team😮
Imagine how dramatic it would’ve been if the title decider was in brazil
petrov great drive!
0:41 That was too close to his head. This is why halo is important.
And yet there's still people who say Vettel only got WDC's because the Red Bull's were so dominant. They clearly didn't watch the 2010 season.
Kids who weren't even born yet in 2010. What do you expect? LOL
When you look at it critically Red Bull only had a dominant car in 2011 and the second half of 2013. 2012 was close and the first half of 2013 was really up and down for everyone. Vettel is a great 4 time champion.
Did you forget Vettel and Webber were on pole for 16 out of 19 races 😂. The only reason they didn't dominate the season was because of problems in Bahrain and Australia, the Turkey incident, Vettel's mistake in Hungary and Vettel's mistake in Singapore qualifying. Also Korea was unlucky for Vettel. Clearly YOU didn't watch the 2010 F1 season.
And 2012
Or the 2012 season. Or the 2013 season. The only proper smooth sailing win they had was in 2011
Favorite video of the year!
