I know one young russian guy living in Prague. And he suffer from the same thing as you. Also (very early) divorced. He is good and kind guy. But trying to find in Prague "soulmate" is really naive and futile. There only money matters.
We are ready in the USA, we have guns honey...we also have good people that are willing to fight, this is a global war I think however it is more spiritual as in good vs evil war....and I think we will be okay. The global elites want to throw out our constitution, however they forget that we have many many vets here and many that are willing to fight for the good of it all.
I think you made a wonderful and good choice in going home to your motherland. Russia is a wonderful country, be proud of its incredible history, I believe Russia has a great future, and you are a strong, beautiful lady! 🇷🇺❤️
I am so sorry for your heartache. God is Reaching Out to you & to all with a broken heart 💔 This is what I found out: For God so loved ❤️ the World 🗺 that He gave His only Begotten Son that Whosever Believes In Him shall not perish but have Everlasting Life! ->Believe on the Lord Jesus & you will Be Saved. ->Jesus died for all of our sins. He wants to be your Savior & have a friendship with you. ->Romans 3:16 Says all have sinned. Romans 6:16 says the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life. Romans 10:13 says Everyone who calls upon the Lord Jesus Christ will Be Saved. Pray this: “Heavenly Father, I believe that Jesus died on the cross for me & rose again. You know the way I have been living...I ask Jesus Christ to come into my life and Be the Boss of my life. Thank you for helping me to live for You until You come to take me back to Heaven. In Jesus Name Amen 🙏🏼
Found your channel today! I watched the video showing your newly renovated apartment and then found this one. You have been through a lot. I admire your courage and empathize with your personal struggles. People around the world are more alike than different. We dream, struggle, love and live, you know? Content creators like you offer insight, empathy, and compassion by sharing personal stories that illustrate how much we all have in common. ❤
Nastya, one thing you said in your video stood out to me, that you felt almost instantly better when you got home to your family and country. That tells you that you have absolutely done the right thing, for yourself and your boys. Also, thanks to your videos, I am seeing my first glimpse of the real Russia and its people, which is so beautifully different to what I imagined. You are beautiful and strong.
I wasn’t happy in my marriage and so for my sanity and my 3 children’s happiness, I called it a day. It was the best decision ever. I came out my depression, my children blossomed with happiness and started doing really well in school. I was in my 30’s. My children have their own families and it’s wonderful to see how they have grown. I’m now 70 and still don’t regret my decision. You have done what’s best for you and your children and that’s all you can ask for. You are a strong brave woman, you just don’t realise it yet. You now have a new life ahead. 💖💖💖💖
You are a good person with a good heart! I am American and I don't hate Russians. I hate the conflicts caused by senseless politics! I believe there are good people everywhere. Thanks for the video. With love from Minnesota, USA.
Senseless politics 🤷...an authoritarian with imperialist fantasies has invaded a peaceful nation, causing injury and death to over 700,000 human beings.
@@blossompure US is like so and this never will change. But when I watch at their president that is completely out of order, I have to laugh a lot all the time. It's simply unbelievable how this man is out of all.
You are so strong! Don't feel that everyone judges you. You did what was good for you and your children. I am an American Black woman, and I admire strong mothers no matter where they are on the planet. Keep up the good work. You are awesome.
Thank you for having the courage to share your story. As a single dad living with PTSD I completely empathise with you. Stay strong and know that you are never alone.
Thank you for sharing. I know exactly what you're talking about. You are a very brave girl. Talking and sharing will help to heal. Thanks for all the videos!
I’m Czech, I live in Prague and listening to you now, I feel like you’re the kind of person I would like to build a friendship if I had met you in person 😊
Hello sweet heart, I am a 63 year old grandmother, born in and living in New Zealand. I am so touched by your story. I was living in Sweden with my Swedish partner from Dec 2018- May 2021. By the grace of God and through many difficulties and obstacles, we re-entered NZ in the plague year (impossible for most NZ expatriates). Through 3 layers of applications, my partner now has his Residency Visa... all miracles. We understand your struggle. I am so glad you got home and are starting to rebuild a beautiful life for yourself and your two sons. It is wonderful to see. Thank you for making those videos. You are a voice of sanity in a mad world. Ironic 😊 God bless you xxx
So true. We all need to understand, we all need one another and it cost nothing just to be kind and care. Blessings love and light tou you and your family.
My cousin married a Russian 25 years ago. She's from St. Petersburg. He passed away a few years ago. She's still here in the States, has a job as an ultrasound tech, and still part of our family. We love her. I'm glad she didn't leave after my cousin passed. Thanks for sharing your story.
@@isabelmarias.s.quelhasribe3121 im guessing you have a good intention but maybe you shouldn't reply to this comment like that. This could be a real story and bringing politics into something that could've caused despair and sadness might not be great
I'm pursuing Sonography (ultra sound) too!! I'd always wanted to learn a technical trade as opposed to my college degrees. I think everyone should have a skill regardless of their education. I found this girls channel because I watch cooking video's and noticed she looks just like my Grandma who was from Czechoslovakia. She is right, they are not warm people or very nice but I adored my Babi. I'm doing the program at a community college and my region desperately needs sonographers. My neighbor who has breast cancer couldn't get tests due to the shortage. Anyways, happy holidays and yours is a heart warming & loving story. I am sorry for your loss, but his wife was a blessed gain to your lives it sounds like. ❤️
I’m impressed with your ability to communicate your thoughts so beautifully given that English is not your native language. I am so happy you decided to return to your homeland especially given the troubling times we are all experiencing. I do understand how challenging dealing with anxiety and panic attacks can be (I’ve struggled with them for many years). You, unlike so many of us, are blessed to have a loving family. May you find comfort in their presence.
I’m from the USA, and I find your videos very interesting, and informative. I commend you for your decision to leave and come home to your family. Nothing compares to the love of your family. My prayer for you is that you and your countrymen will be in peace, love, comfort, and harmony. Keep on inspiring those around you. Hugs from North Carolina, USA.
Being back home with your Mom and family is the best medicine. You are a strong person and everything will work out for you. Things take time. I know I’ve had panic attacks myself and it’s hard to describe how terrifying they are. Take it one step at a time.
I am half russian half ukrainian born and raised in ukraine , away from mother land for 15 years now and I want to go back to russia , to the village where my grandma still lives...
As Judy Garland said in The Wizard of Oz, "There's no place like home". Thank you for sharing your journey with us. You have courage, and an open heart. May you continue to heal and gain nourishment from those who love you, and your countrymen! As others here have said, we are more alike than different. I hope we move towards having peace in our crazy world. I look forward to more posts from you!
I just returned from my vlogging time in Mongolia. I was so surprised being the only black that a Russian family approached me and offered me a South Siberia gift. Good people. I am glad you found your way and started a new life. I wish those kids a better future life.
I love how you said how connections with people is important to you…I feel same way. You’re doing such amazing things and I am so sorry the world is the way it is…we are all human beings and deserve to live happy peaceful lives. I’m so happy you are with your family and have that feeling of home. Wishing you blessings and peace throughout your journey! Thank you for sharing with us!!
So much love to you. I am an American who lived in Prague for two years, and despite having a very lovely Czech boyfriend, I found the culture difficult to navigate, too. But I really loved the people I knew, and I will miss Praha forever. I now live in the Netherlands with my Dutch partner and two children, and while I am happy, it will never be the center of my universe: my grandma's house in Iowa. She still lives there.I really understand why you so love your grandmother's house. There is no place like home! I am happy you have your family close to you as you heal. ❤
You definitely did the right thing. When you said you had returned back to Russia after traveling through Kazakhstan your eyes lit up. I think the fathers of your boys were very understanding and it's good you were all very mature about the situation for the sake of the boys. Please keep that relationship up with their fathers and let the boys keep in touch, they'll thank you in the future. ❤
Hi Nastya! I clicked on your video, because just like you, I’ve been away from home for the past 16 years (Russian from Moscow, living in the US), and these past couple of years the urge to go home is getting stronger and stronger. I am “stuck” here in a way, long story, but as soon as I can, I am going to move back to Moscow and be with my family. When you said you felt better instantly upon reuniting with your family, it almost brought tears to my eyes. It seems like 16 years should be long enough to start feeling at home in a foreign land, but for some reason, my heart has been with Russia the entire time and I just can’t call America my home despite having the citizenship and knowing life here very well. Thankfully, unlike you, I have never experienced any bias here because of the current situation and the tension between the US and Russia. I know it’s worse in Europe, but here regular American people continue to be friendly and almost lack curiosity about what’s happening outside of their country. I wish you all the very best, your video is very reassuring and even pacifying. I am glad you made it back home!
My situation is unique because for me " the current situation " started in 2014, the people I adore were already heavily involved on the Donbass Reb side so the FBI kind of made my choice for me when they started harassing me the minute I said, " No, I will not throw my Tsarev and Gubarev under the bus! ". I am head over heels in love with SF and the Peninsula so if certain people do manage to drive me out of the country it's gonna be Vladivostok- not Oleg's Yalta.
I don know what the hack these politicians are doing. Iḿ in London and i can tell you, noone on the ground, us working people, don wnt all this stupid wars. We the ordinary people have no problems with Russia, Palastine or any of these places. In Ireland we love the Russian people very much, so don;t listen to all the nagative news they are trying to put fear in people. I feel sad for the ordinary people caught up in all this power grabbing, and bullying nations. Keep strong and know billions of people on this planet care about other people.
@@tatianalyulkin410 Don let the land robbies move you. Ukraine has a lot of very precious minerals, gas and oil, thats what they want, also poor Palastine has 50 billion gas and oil reserves that someone wants to get their hand on. War is so disgusting and WE all know who is the greedy powers.
00:52 🧳 Multiple factors contributed to the decision, with one key personal factor being the most significant. 01:24 🌍 Lived in Central Europe (Prague, Czech Republic) for 16 years, studying, working, and starting a family. 02:35 🇨🇿 Prague was a great city, but forming deep connections with locals was challenging due to cultural differences. 03:12 😔 Lack of fulfilling relationships and an unfulfilling job led to isolation, depression, and a feeling of being stuck. 04:15 🚸 Couldn’t return to Russia earlier due to co-parenting arrangements with her children’s fathers. 05:07 📉 The pandemic, military conflict, and geopolitical tensions added to personal anxiety and declining mental health. 06:29 💥 Panic attacks were a major turning point, driving the urgency to return home for mental and physical recovery. 07:26 🥩 Adopted a keto diet to help manage anxiety, seeing physical improvements but needing more healing time. 08:19 ✈️ Fathers agreed to let her take the kids to Russia, leading to a challenging journey through Kazakhstan. 09:01 🏡 Being back in Russia, close to family, brought immediate emotional relief, though long-term decisions remain uncertain.
Thanks for your heartfelt story, trials & tribulations abroad as well as the reasons why you came home. It looks like a lovely peaceful area, nice house and gardens which will help with your kids too as well as being with family! Take care, stay safe & get well Nastya. 🙂🤗🌻
Thank you for sharing. I just found your channel the other day and find it fascinating. I, too, suffer from panic attacks. It has been a long journey to get them under control. You are doing an excellent job and are an inspiration.
I'm exactly where you were. Alone in the US with the kid desperately wanting to go back home to Russia. My kid is 11, and I'm planning to go as soon as she graduates high school. Happy for you that you made it home.
Anxiety sucks...especially as a single father. Raised my son completly on my own with my son being autistic. I've always had depression and anxiety but got diagnosed while in the Army. Loneliness got the better and ended up rushing into a loveless marriage with the first woman to tell me she liked me. Best thing from that was my kids. Getting back into the Bible and closer to Jesus has helped me a Lot...I don't go anywhere, for one can't get my son to want to leave the house off his electronics. I gave up on trying to find love
NEVER SAY NEVER. Things can change in a moment. Give yourself that positive pepe talk. Your doing a great jon and caring for your child. Not many men go down that road, so give yourself that credit. Blessings, and light surounded you.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. I think it’s so important for people to learn about people from other countries and how we basically are the same. I wish we could all find peace and unity for the future of our children. I am so happy that you were able to get home and start healing.
U are a dear, brave, beautiful & kind soul. The universe will support you. We all need ur voice from deep inside Russia as we forget how we are exactly the same. Keep being your authentic self on your channel. If anyone criticizes you, it is their loss. The vast majority of us are cheering you on. I thot we Introverts were the only ones who required only a few deep meaningful relationships. So it’s a Russian thing too! No wondered I adored Russian music from a little girl onward thru life. Am proud of you! From San Francisco Bay Area
Thats correct, don let noone intrude on your peace of mind. What people think is their problem to deal with. Your responsible for your own brain health, stop people in their tracks with nagative comments.
Nastya, you have a beautiful soul💖 Thank you for being so transparent with your online community. I pray that loves surrounds you during your healing journey💖
Well done Nastya! That is quite a back story, you did the right thing going home. It is always best to be around family so that you have a support network that can help you. I wish you well I hope the panic attacks will subside so you can live a normal life! Best Wishes from London England
Твои ноги на русской земле- the best thing for your your spirit and your health, Nastya. Make sure that you spend a lot of time outside in your bare feet, 'grounding' your body on the earth and taking in the sunshine. This will do wonders for your body and soul... You are not alone- so many of us have similar stories in these troubled times, especially in the West. Thank you for sharing and I wish you and your family all the best! You are on the right track.
Yes...this is true. Mostly she will feel better with The Lord who made the earth as He wants to heal her and she needs to forgive herself and others to gain peace. Self reflection is always a start to healing and peace. Let the awesome God of all creation guide you. His name is Yahweh. His son is Jesus.❤🙏
You’re an inspiration to many people. It took a lot of courage and fortitude to do what you needed to do for yourself and your children. I also suffer from depression and anxiety and I know how debilitating it can be. Panic attacks make you feel like you’re going to die; luckily I haven’t had an attack in years. I love the renovation of your apartment. A job well done! I will put you in my prayers for continued healing, peace and happiness. His bless you and your entire family. Sincerely, Robin From Oregon US
You made the right call, and it’s so brave of you to share your story. Thank you. This can definitely help others going through the same thing. I’m really happy you could take your kids. God bless you and your family.
So many single mothers have found themselves in the same situation. I hope you will consider this a blessing in the long run because if you were my daughter or granddaughter I would be so happy that you were able to come back home to spend time with your family and for your boys to get to know all their Russian relatives. Sounds like a terrible calamity was averted just in the nick of time.
You sound like such a good person. It's difficult enough going through life with anxiety and having to worry about two children. I pray you find peace in your life and someone to share your life experiences and problems with. You have many friends watching your videos, so you will never be alone. Stay strong.❤
Copy-pasting my comment. Dude, she is the war supporter. Because of people like her - millions of Ukrainians have lost their homes due to Russian aggression. Where do you see a "good person" here?
Thank you so much for sharing your story 💓 As someone who suffers from depression and panic attacks, I really emphasise with you. You are incredibly strong and brave 💗 I'm so happy the father's of your children found the compassion to let you take them with you. Wishing you love, happiness and healing 💓✨ xxxx
I have extreme compassion for you. My daughter also has panic attacks and anxiety. Thank goodness you have a welcoming family and a home where you can heal. I wish you the best- From an American viewer.
Nastya, I don't know how I found your video but I am glad I did. As a fellow introvert it felt like I was listening to myself when you were describing your life in Prague. I have lived in the city for almost 5 years and left last year. I have so many great memories from the city and what I experienced there however I have similar thoughts regarding Czechs that made it almost impossible to stay there long term (partially probably due to my fault as well) , my few friends from my time there were "expats"/immigrants. I am glad you didn't experience any racism cause from my understanding they can be very hostile towards Russians and Ukrainians. I hope everything works out for you, you did the right thing for yourself and your family. It is amazing that you found UA-cam as way to channel your thoughts and I am sure it helps a lot! I wish you all the best!
Thank you for sharing your life and thoughts. You're very strong and amazing by just being honest and talking with the fathers so you could bring your sons along. Good for you and here's to many happy years ahead.
Your honnest comment is an eye opening testimony of the times we're living in. Thank you for opening your heart to the world. Yes others are going through a lot also and yes your comment help. Thank you.
Thank you for being so open about your personal life and feelings. I too have had panick attacks - they are not very kind. I have subscribed and will be hoping for a smooth healing for yourself.
You are a very pleasant, very calm woman! If you wouldn't have talked about your situation I don't think people would have guessed you got through such a rough period in your life. You are very strong person and you will be able to get through all of it. I am from Europe - Romania and I am watching your videos with great interest. Even though we are closer to Ukraine we don't hate Russians, we don't hate Russia. The problems caused in this world are only caused based on politics and rulers dictatorships. Ordinary people have no fault in these conflicts. It is sad that there's a lot of wrong doing in this world and we can't do much! 😔 Watching your videos I see a lot of similarities between countries - the way you live, the stores, the roads even. It is very interesting seeing how normal people live their daily life. It just shows that we are not that different in this world like most pretend to be!
You are an inspiration to those of us who have gone through difficult times and have had to make difficult decisions. You are brave and courageous! You go girl!
You should be so proud of yourself. I didn’t leave a toxic relationship and stayed for 40 years and now my health is so bad. I’ve divorced now but am still very emotionally and physically ill. I struggle daily with what I went through all those years and cry every morning still You are a beautiful soul my love 😊❤
Hello, Anastasia! Your channel was in recommendation and when i oppened i was surprised because i'm also from Novosibirsk 😊 You are very strong person to pass all those troubles in immigration. I'm living in Europe 9 years and i know how it could be difficult. About friends you're right it's not easy to find them in our days. You was very lucky to live counrty with your kids! Wishing you to find yourself in new life and total emotional recovery ❤ Siberians are strong 💪
Hello from New Zealand! Your story touched me as we have things in common even though I'm on the other side of the world and I'm now 49yrs old with adult children. My marriage also didn't work out, and subsequent relationships were disastrous. I really focused too much on keeping other people happy and didn't focus on myself or creating friendships. So each time my relationship failed I was alone with my two children. And I was stuck in a town away from my family for the same reason that you were stuck. It was such a hard, hard time. I worried so much for my children that they didn't have the perfect childhood that I wanted to give them. But there is a silver lining....my children and I are very close and I'm so proud of the adults they have become. Now I'm finally in a loving, stable relationship that I thought was only for other people. I'm telling you my story which I don't often share, to try to give you some encouragement. It's going to be okay. Really. And you will find your joy again. I'm sure of it.
Sweet girl, sadly we often have no control over the political choices of our leaders. I think you made the right choice for yourself and your sons. Nothing is as good as your family surrounding you with love. Looking forward to your future vlogs, and hoping for the very best. Hugs from America. Peace to all of us. Judy
Hello Nastya, First time viewer. Very happy that you returned home to Novosibirsk, I have visited there once and came away very impressed and appreciated the natural beauty of the area. It was wonderful that your ex-husbands permitted you to return with the children. You deserve some happiness and I think returning to your roots will help you find it. I lost my wife of 32 years two years ago and now spend 3 to 4 months traveling the world. God Bless, TimE
Came to this video after watching your apartment renovation video, you r so humble and sweet, i have experienced anxiety and panic attacks last year during my pregnancy and after delivery.. it was horrifying.. luv your videos 👍🏻.keep posting... luv from India ❤
Nastaya, you are a strong woman and a great mother. I know what anxiety and depression feel like and panic attacks as well. I am glad that you and your sons are back with your family. Being with family and knowing that you are loved and supported are so important. Right now, the world is in a scary place with so much uncertainty and military activity in many places. Governments may disagree with each other, but I think all people in all countries just want a peaceful life to raise their children. Sending you and your children peace and love ❤🙏🏻
You are a human being of extraordinary human qualities. Thanks for sharing such a personal experiences in this brave way. All the best and stay strong!
Your story is so sad. What a courageous woman and mother you are. RESPECT! As a single mother of 2, better happy in Russia than depressed in Europe. Wishing you strength and happiness ❤❤
You are so naturally pretty. I was trapped in a relationship with a man for almost 20 years. 19 years I stayed in a separate room & never even kissed him again. He was very violent also. He is a disgusting narcissist. I list my entire family because of him. But if they are that toxic, my uncle said I was better off without them. I couldn't aford to live on my own & I got very sick also. Finally, I was able to escape & did going on 2 years ago. I understand. I am 74 years old! Never think it's too late.❤
Hello Nastya, I wish you the very best in your new life in Siberia. You are a courageous person and I'm sure you will adapt soon and your sons too. Just take one day at a time, no need to rush into things. The most important factor now is that you are with your family. My grandparents were Russian. Love from Brazil.
@@nastya_in_siberia Dear Nastia, wish you all the best in your new beginning. If you are Orthodox Christian, go back to church, participate in the Sacrament, find a good spiritual father, and study the Holy Books. This will help if not solve completely your problems with panic attacks and depression.
Blessings to you Nastya - congratulations on making a very interesting, authentic video about your journey from Russia and back home! You overcame some massive challenges. Thank you for sharing your story and I enjoy seeing what life is like over there too.
I can watch your videos for days. As a black girl living in Sweden I understand your feeling. Living far away from your family and feeling anxiety. Love your calm and your pure lifestyle ❤❤
Every decision you make to move forward will pay off eventually. We all make mistakes and that is how we learn. For a women with children it’s very difficult to consider them and at the same time yourself. Because you researched and found the best course for you - proves you have a strength that will take you where you need to be. Always remember that me time is as important as our time. Don’t compare yourself to others as you are unique in your own self. Thank you for sharing your story.
Yes, the 40 year old lady is now at home with her mother, for the small sacrifice of her little children now not being able to be at home with their fathers. Very selfless.
What a brave person you are to tell your story this way.I am happy for you that you are in your old home with the people you love and who love you.I too suffer from panic attacks. As you know they are overwhelming so it makes your story especially important to me.May you be blessed with good health and happiness.
I clicked on your video because you resemble my Babi, (Czech Grandma), and the strange part is that some of my relatives were deported and Siberia is where they are to this day, the far eastern region toward the arctic. Very far from Western Russia or Europe, as you know. My family (maternal), came from a couple of places but the main village of origin is called Svincany. Pardubice region or county as we call them in America. You look so much like my Babi Beatrice that i watch captivated as you cook, i am drawn to the rare special occasion where I'm blessed with loving reminders of her. Your eyes, hair & cheeckbones, face, it's as if I'm looking at her alive again. We are Czechs & Slovak mixed on my Mother's side and interestingly the relatives that remained in Siberia and Ukraine all have the same spelling as we spell it in America but my relatives in Czech Republic spell our surname different. I always thought it was tweaked for English sake but evidently no, as the Siberian & Ukrainian relations use the same spelling i do here in America. I personally like Czech Republic in terms of the settings, gloominess, quaint scenery, the castles & architecture, Saint Barbara's basilica (whom my mother was named after along with an Aunt who left Bohemia (Czechoslovakia) for Montana), is down the road from my family's village and a beautiful historical achievement to behold, there is also a statue of her. I think they used to predominantly mine there and had lots of natural resources, and she's the Saint of explosions & mining, thunder. I am not a huge fan of Czech people or many European people in general. Czechs are not very warm or kind, there are definitely friendlier people's but of course there are exceptions and good and bad are everywhere. I would love to hear if you enjoyed the culture there & what you thought of Prague? My great Grandfather Anton was exiled and part of the revolt against the Austrian Hungarian opposition. They fled to the US and were some of the first Czechs to leave and then when the communist party got control my family had enough. I renovated my condo and love home decorating ideas, cooking (gluten free) recipes, seeing different landscapes and city scapes, neighborhoods, foods, art, nature, languages, health, literature. God has His ways and introduced me to your channel. I enjoy cooking video's & pets a lot lately, so my feed brings up that kind of stuff and yours happened to be suggested. You speak and communicate very well in comparison to Czechs i know. My city here is all Russians & Ukrainians, people from the former Soviet Union and surrounding countries. There are grocery stores in Russian here and an ice skating rink, it's the largest enclave outside of Brighton Beach NY I'm told. Lots of Russian people came here escaping the despair and i guess it became a place of support so more & more settled here. I'm very blessed, it is a lovely city despite the state is declining and the immigrant populous plays a role in the positive atmosphere and kindness, and the values. I have tennis courts here and golf courses, beautiful trails. I have not been to Czech Republic in a while, but i used to go skiing and visit my family's cottage and farm there. I subscribed because you're well spoken, interesting, meek demeanor and of course any reminder of my beloved Babi Beatrice I'm going to appreciate dearly. I assume you can speak Czech? I hope you liked your time living there and fondly feel toward it considering how long you lived there but i also pray your decision to move to Russia again and return has been positive & good for you. There is no place like home ❤️ I would actually like to see more of Poland and if i had the opportunity i would take a trip there. We had many in my homecity, nicknamed "Little Chicago" due to this, we had the largest kielbasa festival in the United States. I'm in New England and not many Czechs or Slovaks, lots of Poles, Russians & Ukrainians, Lithuanians, Germans are making a comeback. It's fascinating all that you've experienced already in your life. Savor every moment & be grateful for your beautiful children & family ❤️. 🌹🌹🕊️🪆
I am so sorry to hear that you didn't have any support in Czech Republic. I am from that country but became a single mother living in Canada now. So I really understand and feel with you ! You are an amazing human being. This was just one chapter of your life and I believe that now it's time for great and happy life for you! Wishing you many blessings and strong protection from God !
A few days before her belowed motherland started full scale murdering of the people they call “brothers”, she released a video on how perverted “the West” is, how only russsia has the real values, how we all are homosexuals etc. and russia “will save us”. Good she is back where she is. Too bad there are still people like here around here in CZ and EU in general… You know what they say: “You can get a girl out of russia, but you’ll never get russia out of a girl”…
Lovely girl it doesn't matter what people think you did the right thing for your boys and yourself, god bless you all. I pray for peace for your country, peace and happiness for your family. Love, light and blessings to you all.🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧💙💙🙏🙏🙏😌
I repeat: good luck and good health. Not everyone is capable of making choices, managing change, to balance their lives gone askew. Keep seeking the balance between uncertainty and choices. The source of strength starts from within.
Hello from California. I found your channel today and enjoyed hearing your story. I wish you and your children a happy life. I look forward to future videos.
It was so heartwrenching to hear what happened to you. I said a prayer for you and your family, for peace and happiness in your life...and that God may bless you with the right husband.❤
Wow. Nastya, you are an absolute gem. What a beautiful soul. What a beautiful woman. I'll repeat what I said in a comment on another of your videos: you are like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Even with all your own struggles, you recognize and empathize with other people's difficulties, sharing what you have endured as well as actions that have helped you. You also recognized your children's fathers for helping you in a time of your need when it would have been easy for them not to do so, especially since it makes it more difficult for them to see their children. These are signs of a good, generous soul. You should feel very good about yourself -- at least satisfied in that you are trying to do the right thing, not just for yourself, but because it is the right thing to do. Disclaimer: Having done a fair amount of research, myself, a diabetic who made misinformed dietary choices for many years, happen to agree with your dietary decisions. I, an American, also happen to believe -- based on ample evidence -- that Russia has been maligned over events started by non-Russian subversive agencies and warmongers. It is such a shame that so many good people end up paying the ultimate price so that a few power- and profit-seeking people get their wishes. Most people are more alike than different. Keep being yourself and showing those bonds that we all share. Eventually, I think, we can overcome the forces that divide us. Thank you for sharing.
Hello Nastya, I am in my mid seventies and I want to tell you that you have made a very good decision because both you AND your children will benefit positively from your family support. Take care and good luck.🤗🤞
Kevin, the home of the children is not a country they‘ve never been to. Their family is now 1000s of kilometers away. They lived their whole lifes in czech, that’s all they know. How will they ever see their fathers again? Let’s face some reality here, this was a pretty selfish decision. Relocating the kids to a completely strange and unknown world. And then it’s russia of all places. Does her older son know that soon he‘s old enough to be drafted by putin? I wonder how happy she‘ll be then about moving to russia. All she explained was about her, never about the kids. But at least she feels less anxiety now, I guess…
Yes Kevin, i agree with you. 100 per cent the right decision to go home. I bet in another year or two we shall see a whole and ready to take the world on Nastya.
I too have had panic attacks. I was able to reform my thoughts and behaviors through classes offered by my medical provider. I wish you the same outcome. I am an old man (age 76). I attended the 1970 World Fair in Montreal. I was a young man at the time. There was a Cold War between the U.S. and Russia at the time. I intuitively knew that people were all basically the same and conflicts between nations were caused by corrupt politicians. I had a conversation with a young Russian woman working at the Russia Exhibit. Our conversation confirmed my suspicions. She was much like me and my friends. She was optimistic, had a positive outlook, and held no animosity towards Americans. I wish you and the Russian people the best. I live in hope that our nations will be able to become allied and amicable so that our nations people are not unnecessarily burdened by wars, sanctions and propaganda.
Copy-pasting my comment here. Dude, she is the war supporter. Because of people like her - millions of Ukrainians have lost their homes due to Russian aggression. Where do you see a "good person" here?

I know one young russian guy living in Prague. And he suffer from the same thing as you.
Also (very early) divorced. He is good and kind guy. But trying to find in Prague "soulmate" is really naive and futile.
There only money matters.
We are ready in the USA, we have guns honey...we also have good people that are willing to fight, this is a global war I think however it is more spiritual as in good vs evil war....and I think we will be okay. The global elites want to throw out our constitution, however they forget that we have many many vets here and many that are willing to fight for the good of it all.
By being with your country in chalanging time you mean supporting your psycho presidents gonocidical war agaisnt Ukrainian people?
I think you made a wonderful and good choice in going home to your motherland. Russia is a wonderful country, be proud of its incredible history, I believe Russia has a great future, and you are a strong, beautiful lady! 🇷🇺❤️
I am so sorry for your heartache. God is Reaching Out to you & to all with a broken heart 💔 This is what I found out:
For God so loved ❤️ the World 🗺 that He gave His only Begotten Son that Whosever Believes In Him shall not perish but have Everlasting Life!

Lascia fare.
Senseless politics 🤷...an authoritarian with imperialist fantasies has invaded a peaceful nation, causing injury and death to over 700,000 human beings.
Oh remind me how many wars America raged? And still do !
Infact for me USA doesn't count something and doesn't exist.
I am glad you found your way home. Having good family support makes a big difference in a person's mentality
You absolutely did the right thing!
Speaking about it is away to heal.
God bless your journey!
Thank you for sharing. I know exactly what you're talking about. You are a very brave girl. Talking and sharing will help to heal. Thanks for all the videos!
I’m Czech, I live in Prague and listening to you now, I feel like you’re the kind of person I would like to build a friendship if I had met you in person 😊
there's no place like home. thank you for sharing it takes a lot of courage to share such very personal experiences 😊

In what ‘states’? Is there only one set of ‘states’ in the world? The rest of the planet lives in jungle tribes?

You have struggled a lot, You came back to Russia, it was your best decision. I pray to God that the coming time will be very happy.👍👍

I absolutely love your calmness and gentle way of being.
Thank you for your honesty and bravery. You are no doubt helping people.
Nastya, there is absolutely nothing better than family. God bless you and your children.
That is soooooo true. Definatly let they boys have contact, write letters, send gifts whatever. Later in life they will indeed thank you.
You speak very well and so frank about your life experience. I wish you well in your homeland and lots of happiness and good health
Same situation with me! I feel you:)
I pray you keep getting better. I'm from the U S.

I gave up on trying to find love
i hope u find it
GOD bless u

Thank you for sharing 🧡 I’m glad things worked out for you 🌸
Well said, and so very very true.
Brave sweet girl. I am watching 👀 from Brazil 🇧🇷. All the best to you !
You are a brave lady. You were smart to go with your gut. It never lies to you. I wish you happiness and calm. Take care of you and yours.
May the God bless you!
@@catherinerosman2110 💓
Home with your boys, Mum and grandmother ❤️❤️❤️❤️ god bless love from the UK 🇬🇧
Thank you 🤍🧡
@@nastya_in_siberia Dear Nastia, wish you all the best in your new beginning. If you are Orthodox Christian, go back to church, participate in the Sacrament, find a good spiritual father, and study the Holy Books. This will help if not solve completely your problems with panic attacks and depression.
Hello from Florida. Life is like a roller coaster with its ups and downs. Hang in there. Love your videos. By the way, your English is very good.
Thank you 🤍
Admire your strength.. from USA California.. blessings to you 😇😇😇
You made the right decision! Thank you for sharing your story! It does give all of us hope!
Stay strong young lady. Best of luck. Thank you for the video and life story.
We live in a tragic time. I’m glad you can be with family and can heal and move on.
Be blessed I’m praying for you from Illinois in America. Being home with your mother was the best decision. You are a good mother.
Yes, the 40 year old lady is now at home with her mother, for the small sacrifice of her little children now not being able to be at home with their fathers. Very selfless.
You are such a strong woman. Be proud of yourself for doing what was right for you!
What a brave person you are to tell your story this way.I am happy for you that you are in your old home with the people you love and who love you.I too suffer from panic attacks. As you know they are overwhelming so it makes your story especially important to me.May you be blessed with good health and happiness.
Thank you and I wish you healing and happiness 🧡
🇺🇸 angels lol 🙃🙃🙃🙃
Welcome home. Greetings from Serbia.
Thanks for sharing. And my God bless you and help you heal and have a happy and fulfilling life.
❤❤❤
Copy-pasting my comment here. Dude, she is the war supporter. Because of people like her - millions of Ukrainians have lost their homes due to Russian aggression. Where do you see a "good person" here?
So very very true. Why do we let it hapeen time and time again. LOVE, CARE AND BE KIND TO ALL I SAY.
