Always pay attention to his legs. That is very important and we usually forget to look at it
Great explanation to peng lu ji an and the inter connections to it. Thanks for sharing.
He's talking about the kinetic principles from Sanfeng internal martial arts?
I would appreciate English subtitles to understand what he explains about the basic energies. German would also be ok but I guess the chances are even lower. ;)
Are English subtitles possible? I would love to read that explanation.
Sorry no English translation!
she .. ahm ahm ahm
Let him try to show it in the ring UFC MMA, that's laughter that will be ;)))
Let UFC MMA fighters show their ability in tuishou, that's laughter that will be ;)))
How do you become a "Grandmaster"?
This stuff will not work in a real self defense situation.
Prove it.
openfullcovers,
When confronted with real fear in a life or death situation, you're mind and body will experience a transformation known as "flight or fight" which means that your body is going trough what's known as survival mode. I've seen black belts in karate, jujitsu, and so many other styles of martial arts fall apart when confronted by an assailant in a reality based self defense course. Most martial art schools don't train in this manor, they talk about "talking your way out of fighting" however they don't address it or train in verbal deescalation scenarios. you mentioned that nervousness and adrenaline will not interfere with a well trained karate practitioner I totally disagree with that statement, it does not matter how well trained you are , when confronted with real fear you will experience nervousness and adrenaline will pump into your blood stream.
Sensie Chen Xiaowang is very skilled and I'm sure he's a great fighter in the dojo but when your life is at stake and your faced with real fear I'm afraid what he's teaching is useless.
Like self defence is everything. Fighting, sure, because it's a "martial art". So silly…
with people like this prompting this like a martial art is a slap in the face to Taichi. if you take TaiChi to anpther skilled martial artist you will be taking a wet noodle to a gun fight...TiaChi is awesome for your body unless you use it as a martial art against someone who practices a legit martial art.
