I think the 2025 students were better than the 2018 students in one very important aspect: not a single black Tachibana sock dropped to the ankles. 😁 All kidding aside, I think the set list for Bandfest and Rose Parade was a very well thought-out, meaningful selection: “Dreamgirls”, “Memory”, “High School Musical”, “Poker Face”, and the preemptive response to the critics with “Shake It Off” (🎶haters gonna hate, hate, hate…🎵).
Well they are improved bro…. The way all alumni are playing all time!! I love it, all parts is my favourite, but even they bring poker face and swing swing get my heart attack!! ❤🎉

Hello, this has been an excellent video. Thank you for following the march/dance/play of the Kyoto Tachibana band. There is a Baritone - Saxophone that shows a bit of the green color from Verdi gris. This baritone has been given the name " Crocodile ". In 2018 & 2019, a tall young lady of the 117th Term, played this instrument. UA-cam video: 京都橘高校 吹奏楽部「Paradise Has No Border」Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band This day, in the last rank of saxophones, a tall young lady with a different but nice hairstyle is playing " Crocodile ". Would this musician be my favored Baritone-Saxophone player from the 117th reunited with her marching " buddy " from 2018? If so, it would be something wonderful. My eyes are not able to see her for certain recognition. Every time since 2018, when I see " Crocodile " in the various parades. I always think about the tall young bari-sax player, with her bloody knee and how good they sounded together playing their music. " Hey! "
LOL, great comment! These kids are so impressive. They did all that dancing and singing for over 5 MILES! That is insane. They have chops for being so young! How they can move the way they do and not sound like a junior high school band's first recital is unbelievable.

コロナ禍で思う様な活動が出来なかった117期生と118期生を合わせた7世代によるこのパレードには、失われた時間を取り戻すかのように精一杯楽しむ姿に皆さんの込められた思いが伝わって来ます。

20数年前のJKはマーチングがやりたかったけど経済的に難しくて断念しました。
フルートとピッコロを吹いてましたが、実際動かずに吹くしか出来なかったのでw
（経験上）ステップ踏みながらフルートを吹いている方達に脱帽です😂
楽器吹きながら動くぐらい誰でも出来るって他の動画でコメント見て切れ散らかしましたw
例えるなら歌いながら、若しくは口笛吹きながらステップ踏んでるのと同じ位だからやってみてコメントしろや💢ってw
フルートとか鳴らすだけでも大変で、７割は息が抜けてくのにw
コメント荒らしの自覚は有りますが、耐えられなく反論しまくりました(´>∀
おっしゃるとおり。私もフルート(当時はフリュートと言ってました)、ピッコロ隊でしたが、慣れないうちは酸欠でクラクラするんですよね。座奏が精一杯で。毎日練習を重ねてやっとパレードに出られるようになっても笑顔どころか歩幅を保つのがまた大変で。
小さな経験者から見ると橘は超人集団ですよ。
知ったかぶりで生意気なことを言えるのはド素人だけです。
因みに中学吹部だったころの私の楽器の結節部にはグリス代わりにポマードという匂いがキツくてベタベタの整髪料を塗って動きをよくしてました。でも塗り過ぎると真夏のパレードでは溶けて吹口がクルクル動いてしまって焦ったものでした。橘はあんなに動いてるのにどうやっていい音を出してるんだろうと不思議というか尊敬です。

京都橘吹奏楽部の大事にしていることは出来たと思いますね🎉
戦争のない世界を願い演奏すること(今回ダウン バイ ザ リバーサイドを演奏出来なかったが全体的にできたと思う)，
多くの人と交流(笑顔であいさつやハイタッチなど)すること，
元気一杯演奏し音楽の楽しさ素晴らしさを表現すること，
使用出来る楽曲でゴールまで精一杯力一杯演奏パフォーマンスし，十分達成出来ましたね🎉
振り付けがどうとか，誰かより勝る劣るとか，そういう小さい小さい事にとらわれず，もっと大事なことを今回の京都橘のローズパレードを通して観れたこと残してくれたことを感謝します🎉
クラウドファンディングはありましたが，さらに渡航生徒さん一人ひとりが多額の費用を出費して参加してくれたことに感謝します🎉
121，122，123期現役生徒さんと117，118，119，120期卒業生徒さんの全員が素晴らしい最高🎉
その時代の良さ もちろんありますが
着実に進化してますね😍😍😍💖
彼女らは全てに勝利してアメリカに臨んだ。そしてここでも負けなかった！本当に凄いと思います。。。合掌
過酷な全行程9ｋｍですが、どの場面にも大歓声や演奏に合わせて楽しく踊る観客の皆さんが沢山‼生徒さんもファンとしても最高に嬉しいですね😂

何度見ても凄いですね。 よく見るとステップも細かく現地で見られた方はより感動したでしょう。2012年2018年にプラスして2025年の良さが出ていると思います。島コーチの力も大きいと思います。『時代が来ましたね』 兼城顧問がいらっしゃらなかったのは残念でした。

最初、2018より劣るなぁと見ていました。何なら、残念みたいな。しかし、何回か見ていると、いや待てよと。音質？キレ？も2018より超えてね？見たいに思えてきてそっから前回並みにハマりだしました。何回見てるねんみたいな笑。しかも、今回は色んな制限を課せられてこれだから逆にスゲッ。と。結論、2018より進化していると個人的には思いました。
過去も現在も未来も間違いなく全部カッコよくて素敵ですよね☺️
