I’m not a fan of the headlight rock-guard mounted under the headlight visor. The way the guard has to be dropped for the offset in order to fit them both on there, made me angry, and removed my rock guard. I saw a guy’s Gear Up where he trimmed the rock guard’s trim ring off on the top to square it off, had them spot welded together & powder coated. It looked beautiful, but it was a pricey endeavor. I wish there was a stock option available for this, because I’d like them both! As far as the rear taillight guard is concerned, do the small luggage rack instead. It offers the same protection, but doubles as the PERFECT rain gear rack.
Bolting a couple of extender pieces to the guard will lilely this. That or cut and lengthen and then repaint. As with all accessories, sometimes everything won't fit together
@@timeast4644 Ours are Gear Ups, so I can’t give you a knowledgeable answer on that one. CT’s run 18” wheels, while the Gear Ups run 19”, so the fenders may be different. That’s a question you’d be better off asking a dealer.

Can the old fender rack be replaced with the new one? If so, what do you do with the holes.
That ball mount is slick. Is it pricey?
The new racks fit the older bikes, and holes are resolved with stainless steel hardware.
