I personally temper first as it takes no gold. Then if the temper hit big I'll enchant the affix.

6:09 might wanna klick on the red circle/eye symbol just below the enchantment symbol. i think attack speed is no longer in the affix pool for (2h) Weapons

Think the new system is fun, D4 feel as its in a good place right now.
Ofc. there are still things that need tweaks and can be added, but that will happen over time :)
