Force of Habit is my favorite album from them, they’re amazing live. Got to meet them and the autographed my car when this was released. Got to see them more recently when they were on the “Battle of the Bays” tour with Obituary
My first time hearing this tune i was on an exodus binge last night, this, scared spangled banner and shroud of urine are my favorites as of now, better late than never exodus is sick
Absolute masterpiece! After so many years and the excitement like the 1st time I listend to back in nearly 90´s came up again. Speechless! Force of Habit was a "weird" album from Exodus maybe but it´s pure gold. Solid album. Good day to die is another brilliant song. Underrated for sure!
Hell, this channel never shows up in my feed! No I don't have notifications turned on, but a lot of stuff I subscribe to shows up in my feed regardless. Wish I had known about this video. This is a great tune and, to me, a great album that gets a ton of shit. I believe this is an album that shines a light on Gary and Rick's guitar work. Also on a metal MELTDOWN I requested a song from this album that you ended up playing "When it Rains it Pours". It's a high energy track. 🤘🤘
T, this album is a microcosm of what early 90's thrash became.....when talking about the most popular of the US thrash bands that were on major labels. They had to try and keep those record contracts and not get dropped, so they tried to be not quite as thrashy and went more groove. Some bands were able to pull off the switch in direction and still be quality, but others couldn't. In the end it didn't matter and they all got dropped anyway.....🤣
Ive lived this album since it came out. It was my first Exodus album I bought. Cassette. Its my favorite album from them. But the vocals do kinda ruin this fantastic song. Their sound on this album didn't mesh well with true fans. It was a flop, as I remember it. They never sounded like this again.
After Fabulous Disaster, I paid them no attention for 20 years, I can't stand his vocal style and his lyrics were cheesy at best. It's funny your goto is death metal, we ruined you.😂

this song is a MASTERPIECE.
the guitar tone and whole mix of this album is CRUSHING. Very underrated record.
Probably my favourite Exodus track from this album, the guitars crush, killer production, this sounds so good on a nice stereo setup.
Love this song and so glad you did this one!
LOVE your reviews.
Good choice Skates!I love the abstract darkness this song has! Exodus is awesome!

This is actually one of my top 3 exodus songs out of all 576 songs

Totally agree!
It feels like the vocals are hovering over the song. As if they were an afterthought.

This was a very good reaction. I had no problem with the vocals.
Have you listened to any Exodue tracks which have Rob Dukes on vocals?
More Exodus!

Out of respect to GARY HOLT :)
Not their best album. Last one (from 2022) is pretty good
I love this song and agree 200% about the chorus mix.. it's bizarre

Lol
Lol, I look for death metal vocals in regular music now.
