My theme is- I have a New Attitude. That old subconscious program is dead 💀 and the new reality of who I have always been- is fully Alive. Boundaries are set. Frequency is high. Character of content- pure and authentic. Adaptable and open to change. Coarse correct according to the climate. Increased awareness and focus. New energies. 29 years old.. single by choice for the past 6 years.. no kids.. prioritizing my peace… I’m still on a long healing journey; growing up in a divorced split family house, not having my siblings close like other kids did.. my mother was married to two narcissistic, aggressive, walk on egg shells type men and is currently dating another narc. I’ve forgiven my mother, she was a young mom, she was dependent and didn’t have much support when she had us kids. She did what she could, trying to support herself and 4 kids and at the end of the day, I know she still loves and supports us kids. I’ve cut off all contact with both my father figures, and my bio dad recently after he physically assaulted me and threatened to shoot me in the head because he wanted to control where and when I got new tires for MY car he wasn’t even paying for. He was touching me inappropriately, then would argue “im your father and i can touch you anyway I’d like” and overall a toxic environment. Yea narcs for ya.
