I heard this tengah town will be a car-lite town, where the roads will be underground. But then everything still looks the same, like it's just another normal town that is not really car-lite. Are the current roads just temporary and they are still building the actual roads underground, or is this just a scam? Or maybe they are only available on some parts of the town?
I think the logic is residents can go shopping, visit doctor etc. without needing to cross the roads, since the ammenities are within the land surrounded by the roads, which is very misleading.
