I'm so glad you've posted on UA-cam again. It's the only social media I'm on (for my own mental health) now so I super appreciate when people post here.
I forget sometimes that you're not all on every platform and it's something I'm going to be much more aware of this year! thank you for being here!
What helps me is I set aside 1 day of the week where I would say yes to sweets. I would eat sugary cereals, eat cakes, ice cream and any good food, and at least 5 to 6 days of the week where I’m very healthy and I eat vegetables.
It makes that sweet day special and guilt free 🙂.
That’s what I personally do but everyone is different and we all have different ways of doing things.

Hey meg, im so happy you're back on UA-cam again. I really enjoy vlogs and crafting videos because sometimes i craft with you or do something small while i watch. I'm planning on making vision boards with a friend sometime soon, thanks for sharing your goals and visions for the year. I hope many come true for you. One of the things on my board is going to be learning how to do makeup and how to do my nails at home. I also wanna embrace my fangirl side more. I totally understand that feeling of feeling like you're finally home. We bought this, our first house in 2020 after moving so so many times from high school on. I kind of hope to never move again! I love feeling like this is my home, and have really loved decorating the space. So happy for you!
