I am very happy to see this vlog. So much negativity is put out in the media by the West about Haiti. Even people in the Caribbean do not always view Haiti as being safe based on what the West media puts out there saying Haiti is the poorest country in the West. I can see that is a lie looking at this video. I am from Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹 and was sent this video by a Trinidadian friend who regularly visits Haiti. Your country is beautiful through and through and i wish i could visit one day.
WOWW!! WOWW!! WOWW!!! I LOVEDDD THIS VLOG SO MUCH. I have always wanted to visit, it is so beautiful. Food, beaches, people. culture, so RICH! Cannot wait for Part. 2!!!!😍😍
So glad somebody's doing something on Haiti. Getting married next year and would love to take my fiance here so maybe even see your family but wasn't sure if this would be a good place to visit not really sure, it's crazy there's so many stories on why not to go But this here shows you a different side that needs to be seen
Hey guys! My newest upload talks about safety and security in Haiti, if it’s safe to travel there at this time and gives tips on how to have a fun and safe trip there! Check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/x7pcpImmHe4/v-deo.htmlsi=loWSWpexDieQxQnQ
Same thing with me, when I'm going to my country can't get no sleep😄 I'm just so happy heading to the beautiful motherland. I just can't wait to go back there it's two freaking years 😑
My thing with Spirit is the coming back part! Did you have any issues returning? I figured since this is a frequent flight shouldn't be no issues? Fingers crossed* I'm going next month
Lol yeah navigating the airport was a mess, def give yourself 2.5 hours, spirit was fine, it was really just the airport! I talked about the flight back in the other two Haiti vlogs lol!
Love the video, I'm planning a trip and will stay at the same hotel. I have a question about the food/drinks menu. Was the price in USD or Haitian money? Jejeje furthermore, I will need the location for that store you went for liquor 🤣😂. Thanks
At Satama Hotel, those prices were in US dollars, yes! At surrounding restaurants, those prices are in Haitian money. Lol the market was called Lea Market, it’s also like 10/15 mins from the hotel! Thanks for watching! ❤️ Pls dm me on Instagram if you need my driver information!
To be honest I’m not exactly sure! Cap Haïtien is usually safer, but I know recently everywhere was at risk! I would recommend messaging the Satama Hotel on WhatsApp and asking, they’re usually responsive!
It was about $200 a night (this is during the off season though) We recommend checking the rates on booking.com to have them set and then completing the reservation!
Lol wow. how entitled do you have to be to think the music I use has to cater to you? UA-cam has very specific copyright rules so I pick music that stays within those guidelines. It’s not gonna appeal to everyone…I would love to be using kompa and all that but unfortunately I cannot.
There is no “political instability” in Cap Haitien. It’s mostly Port-au-Prince(over 100 miles away) and the cities nearby. Even the State Department specifies Port-au-Prince [travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories/haiti-travel-advisory.html ] Education is key.

Yess I feel you! Yes you’re definitely overdue for a visit!
@NellyV I know, but I have to wait until the situation is stable in Haiti. Saint Marc is where stay, the roads are not safe yet to travel.
This was a great vlog. Im going next year Lord Willing ❤.
Thank youuu!! 💕 And yesss, I hope you do!!🙏🏾
Very nice video, I should learn from your video. I realized nothing did change since last time I went to Cormier Beach. Good job!

Also may i ask where did you get your Haitian bracelet from?
My dad got it for me when he was in Haiti in 2019 but I saw the same design at some of the vendors in Cap Plaza in Cap Haïtien!

How far was the airport to the hotel where you guys stay? Thanks.
It was like 25 mins! Not too far!

hi, I want to visit Cap Haitien next month, taking a bus from the border with Dominican Republic, I am European, should I be worried about that trip?
I honestly do not know! I haven’t been to DR or gone to Haiti thru DR so I am not sure! As usual practice, use caution and check your surroundings❤️
Haiti got next.
🤥
Can I still visit that part of the country or is it unsafe?
To be honest I’m not exactly sure! Cap Haïtien is usually safer, but I know recently everywhere was at risk! I would recommend messaging the Satama Hotel on WhatsApp and asking, they’re usually responsive!
People who fall asleep before the plane takes off are stronger than the marines 😂
Ok lemme stop ima spoil it 😂😂😂

Ooooo she pregnant 🥹
Why don’t you use Haitian music dear
It’s very difficult to find copy right free haitian music! Believe me, I wish UA-cam would allow it lol
Medical emergency???!! Woyyyy
I enjoy your vlog but you have to sell the music. Cut that reggae and rap music please.
Lol wow. how entitled do you have to be to think the music I use has to cater to you? UA-cam has very specific copyright rules so I pick music that stays within those guidelines. It’s not gonna appeal to everyone…I would love to be using kompa and all that but unfortunately I cannot.

I am Puerto Rican. I don't want Dominican Republic people stay in Puerto Rico.
God Bless You Teo. Hopefully, God doesn’t say that to you while you’re standing in the front gates of heaven. Hopefully, you make it in ❤
NO!!! NO!!! NO!!!!! JOE BIDEN SAID STAY OUT OF THAT COUNTRY. WELL, IF I SEE YOU ON THE NEWS, THEN I KNOW THE GANG GOT YALL.

This is Okap not port-au-prince. Go rest. Haiti will be deliver by god soon. I bet you will love to go there too.
And stay away from Florida too.
