no. this is a case of tetanus, tatanus causes stiff limbs in horses as well as lockjaw. my horse had it a week ago and was put down because of it. stretching this horse wouldn’t help, it’s the bacteria attacking the nervous system :/. my horse had difficulty doing anything but even through his pain he greeted us and had cuddles. this horse doesn’t look normal at all. a normal horses eye wouldn’t roll back into his skull like that either
The 3rd eyelid flicker is a sign of illness in the horse and well shown here. I’ve helped care for a horse that had it and they can’t open their mouth. We got calories into the horse by putting a bucket of syruppy mash on a stand because he couldn’t lower his head.
I saw a horse die from tetanus in the late 60’s. It’s surprising to see one these days but it does demonstrate the efficacy of vaccinations.

Why is he pink?
If you’re talking about the eyes, that’s the horse’s 3rd eyelid, aka the nictitating membrane. Quite a few mammals, reptiles and birds have them.
