Totally agree with everything you said. I've seen Jamar perform live...including this song...and I must say he positively gives you chills. He's pure joy & gratitude. His kind of energy & passion can't be totally captured in a 3-minute recording, but I, personally, have to accept & appreciate this, 'cause I MUST have his music w/ me wherever I go..until I'm blessed enuf to go to another of his concerts. An awesome person & ARTIST that deserves the best, & I hope that we continue to support him.

This song definitely has a lot of depth and I agree with the live performance bit his energy, passion and life truly reflects in his live performances but he does beautifully in this recording as always! Wish him supreme luck and I will be always in my prayers. This world needs more people with that kind of energy and radiant positivity.. I'm inspired... :-)

One of the few artist that actually sound the exact same live as the do in the studio.... Dude has an amazing gift and his passion for it is next to none.
I agree The live version is unfortunately a million times better. Jamar true secret is his energy and passion. And the live performance conveys it, visually and audibly. I don't think this captures that, nor has the true polish a track needs. The lyrics are powerful but the music sometimes overides his vocal. But Jamar is more than talented vocalist and i wish him much success in everything he does. And will support financially.

i love this song but the live version just seems to have more emotion to me. maybe its just me but it seems the same way when he was on the voice his recordings weren't as impactful as his live performances.
