She got a sweet patina man. Don't mess that up. Their only original once when it comes to the paint job. Even when it goes patina queen, it's still nicer than a new paint coating.
My grandfather used to have a c10 like that I remember being given a ride to school in it good times till they weren’t the truck rolled and was deemed totaled by the insurance company :(
The truck was great. I went over all the breaks and fluids and suspension , drove it for a bit and sold it. Now I'm on to the next project (1984 chevy k10 4x4 short bed diesel)
Love these old trucks ! My first was a 62 custom, 283, pwr gld , give almost anything to have it back ! 👍✌
Those old inline 6cyl engines were pretty simple and very reliable. At least in my experience.
Six years ago I also rescued a c10 same color and same engine!!! Congrats!!! Nice truck!!
So simple and so dependable. This is up there on my want list
That's so badass how much of it is original, sometimes the neglect is a good thing.
The truck seemed to be all original. The oil bath air filter was still on the truck and full of oil .

All the new technology know in the trucks and ac its crazy tho i get u
Cool truck! Keep it the way it is, just fix the mechanics of it.
Got a 1966 - I wish mine had been as easy to start as this one hahaha.
Good job gettin it started. I sure as hell would not have put an open gas can next to a small ass battery!! Vapors from both. Kafrickrenboom!!!!
I got a 66 same engine original tough as shit they don't make them like they used to
Started right up!

I would love to have something like this. Looks like someone parked it ,took the battery and walked away.
All I need is the driver door, the grille and bumpers.
Awesome!!! If you can slowly rebuild everything, brakes body etc.
Look at all that space

It would have been nice to see the rest of the truck 😭😢😭

Radman SA
Maybe stop the rust
Let me get that driver door. I need one pronto for a project.
Brian , I have an extra door for a 1966 Chevy pickup
Que máquina
So how's the truck . What did u do to it ?

we tend not to get vehicles like this in the UK,our rust is king and kills everything
I've heard that about Lancia especially.
Cool
is that a 6 volt battery or just one out of a honda lol
yup. honda civic battery . easy to carry around.
Bun ar trebui să aveți grijă cu un dozaj și perucă se apropia să nu mai facă Călin lele lele lele lele lele
LOOSE battery sitting right next to an OPEN fuel can, major fire hazard!!!!! Battery falls over provides ignition for the fuel, BOOM!
That would just get rid of the rust and the truck will still be running .lol
