Hi! I’m Bob. Yes, I was at the library for 27 years. Circulation clerk. I really enjoyed it. It was like family. Coworkers and I often hiked together, whitewater rafted together, tubed, are, enjoyed movies, vacationed camping. I was richly blessed. I went to the library after years as a radio dj (dumb jerk) LOL. I’m lucky to get together the first Monday if each month with fellow retirees at Venecia Restaurant in Gastonia, NC. I enjoyed playing the song about The Battle of Kings Mountain. I had ancestors there. 4th great grandfather “Rich” John Hoffman and his brother Jacob, 5th great grandfather William Adams grandfather of my 3rd great grandmother Erixeny Adams Barnett Bigger. It’s always a blessing to see again patrons of the library. A lady told me Thanksgiving Day at Jackson’s Cafeteria that she remembers me from the library. A while back at the YMCA a man told me I had given him his first library card in 1989. He’s very tall. I’m sure I didn’t look up at him then. I enjoyed it and would do it again. Merry Christmas!
After I started watching this I was like who’s bob bigger ?? If I’m not mistaken he was the librarian. Is there anyone in the south who isn’t musical ?? What a wonderful atmosphere it must be. Edit forgot to say your picking sounds great here too. 💕
