I have ADHD too... I love the Gym it's my outlet.. I've had the same exact back pain you explained I tried to push through it like you are! But then I was putting my baby in his crib and it got worse super sharp pinch fell to my knees I got stuck on the ground. I went to the chiropractor found out that it was my floating rib pinching my nerves in my back! If you don't or haven't gone go get adjusted! I would Highly Recommend going especially with weightlifting and having children our bodies change a ton! Hope it helps♡ I also make UA-cam videos. I'm in the same debate on making them more with having kids.. Im the same having to look at myself while talking to see what I look like and having a clean background 😂 Feel like I'm watching myself while watching this video! Do you have Inattentive Type ADHD?!
