Raul made my brain hurt. I think she allowed him to disrespect the court because she understood he wasn’t mentally all the way there. Her self-esteem has to be SHOT to deal with him and all of that! 4th case: Plaintiff was definitely not satisfied in bed with the defendant and was dipping on him, which is why him touching her was part of the issue. The defendant knew other men was interested in her (and probably knew she was cheating)so his PDA was more of a signal to other men that she was taken, hence why he ignored her repeated wishes to stop doing that. However, I also think because she was most likely cheating and the person probably didn't know she was still with the defendant she didn't want to accidentally bump into whomever she was cheating with and the defendant clearly demonstrating that she was his woman. She may have also been seeing multiple guys.
The defendant, I think, is insecure and has probably been like that for a while, and as he said in the end, he should work on himself and move on.
