Im pretty sure those special effects on the 2nd statue are him using Alimighty Push to sprint forward. He used it a couple times while fighting the Nine Tails
And finally I guess the effect piece was given to showcase his wind jutsu just like how Boruto uses his wind jutsu to thrust himself forward at an incredible speed(judging from the position he's holding the rod and the force on the ground)

The Nagato pain my favorite cuz to me it’s alittle more meaningful cuz it’s where him and Naruto tell there stories

That's a air Sprint jump effect like you see naruto and his crew jumping from tree to tree
the path which absorbs the souls
from being one of the most hated to one of the most loved, and that is why he is one of the best characters in the whole series
His "chair" didn't move. I think it stayed in one place. That's why there was a fake tree covering it.
