Another great Video for us DIYers! I am just about to build my wife a posh shed and will use EPDM so this is very useful to see the upvc details. In fact I used a Butly Rubber pond liner on a shed I built 15 years ago and it is still going strong, Didn't even glue that one down! I have worked out the main difference between William and myself. He spends 5% of the time thinking and 95% working - I am the opposite ! lol

Part of the CLS standard is that it is planed all round from the stock size, 4x2 ends up as 89x38 like you say - whilst you can squash rockwool a bit (no idea if that harms the sound deadening qualities), I doubt you'll get 100mm batts in there without some effort.

Most of this has been done correctly but it does need contact adhesive 150mm around the perimeter it stops lifting as the rubber shrinks. You also said it should be 100mm of contact adhesive instead of 150mm this is not correct. It also looks much better if the corners are glued as per manufacturers guide lines. These corners can easily break driving a poly pin through. Always best to give all the manufacturer’s advice before putting this on here. Just saying 👌
