In the old days where I grew up farmers would drive their mm or McCormick to town with a trailer to get livestock feed, groceries, whatever. I've drive an old gas McCormick, they go down the highway nice at a good clip.
People don't like these old cabs but I do. If you put sound deadening inside and heat and air they can be luxurious with a nice radio. Out of the weather and comfortable in 100° heat or -30. Big difference. This carburetor needs cleaned on the main jet is why it doesn't answer on the helm.
Poseo un minniapolis Moline en Cuba ya no esta auténtico pero aún trabaja esta activo muy bueno para arar la tierra y como se desplaza buena maquinaria

My uncle had a 670 diesel nice tractor had cab with tinted windows ran cheap only this was had a bad bottom end so we only ran it at 1100rpm. But he ran it for years like that and its probly still running.
I was excited about the cab. I have mixed emotions with LP, mainly because of me being lazy and wanting the easiest way to add fuel. But turbocharging an LP moline does sound rather intriguing to me...
@@FarmAlarm haha that would be bad. Called welters today and fingers crossed get parts for my 1960 M5. I just want to hear the old girl talk. Love the channel thanks for the post. Keep up the work.
Tracey, I Sure Do Hope, you are buying Mama, A Few Nice Things Every Once in Awhile, to Keep Her HAPPY & Not Thinking about All of The Tractors you've been buying lately?!!! lol
Yep, you probably dont lol

Yeah, you do. Don't we all?

Good to see old equipment being put into a new use instead of being scraped.
I agree.

You needed it. Its good for the soul 😁
Ha well I thought that was laughter that was good for the soul. But laughter and Minneapolis Moline do sound a lot alike, so I see your point.
He ruined a good early 670 LP!! Ugh!

Thanks
Would love to see it put back to LP, far better fuel then gas. Every Moline on our farm runs on it.
Ehhh debatable
You can never have too many tractors.
Good to hear from Farm Alarm, been a little while. Have fun with the new MM. I'm sure you bought it right. Checking in from A/C country
Hey thanks. Yeah we picked it up right. But I dont know why I need it lol. But you cant really go wrong with a new Tractor.
@@FarmAlarm I'm sure you'll find something for the old gal to do. Gives 'em a sense of pride
