- Today we leave on our 9-month Royal Caribbean Ultimate World Cruise! We travel to Miami and attend the formal gala kicking off the Ultimate World Cruise. Royal Caribbean did an amazing job kicking us off on the longest world cruise ever done. Follow along with us as we go on the adventure of a lifetime.

It's nice to see you Nice calm peaceful people on here A lot of the people in your same ship are on the UA-cam complaining. That would not be fun to be on a ship with people like that.
Truth be told, there are very few complainers on board. There are a few, but not many.

Hi kids, following you on this epic voyage. Sort of working myself backwards from day 9. I think. I love how you two are traveling graciously and with a positive outlook. There are a surprisingly large number of solos here on board. And I believe they’ve said there are 26 children. I did see parents with twin two-year-olds and I have seen a baby about six months old.

Good thinking on RCCL to have you all gather 48 hours before and getting the time to check all passengers have what they need to board the ship. I m sure there were some who needed to get something the missed document wise. Keep inspiring.

My parents are avid RCCL cruisers and they pickup handmade ornaments at destinations for the grandkids. They love getting them and it so fun to decorate the tree with them each year.
I am doing Christmas ornaments!😀Trying to find more flat ornaments than a round ball as it will be much easier to pack when it’s time to go home.

My husband and I always incorporate Mass into our schedule before and after our week long cruise. But 9 months!! Is there a priest on board?
There will be for Christmas and Easter Royal Caribbean is bringing a priest on board. We use an app called mass times that lets us know the times for Mass anywhere in the world so we work our best to try to incorporate going to mass either Saturday evening or Sunday when we're in Port but we're not always able to be in Port obviously. We just try to do the best we can.

Are you able to divulge the price of this world cruise? Also how much are tours, and are any included in the price?
For our standard balcony room it was about $70,000 per person. We received seven world wonder excursions plus 4 what they call escape excursions included in that. It also included Internet, drinking package, and laundry.
Hello! I'm a new follower and I am very fascinated! I am also Catholic and I'm wondering if there is a priest on the ship for you to have the sacraments?
They had a priest on board at Christmas, and they are saying there will be a priest on board at Easter. We were able to go to confession at Christmas time. Other than that we tried to attend mass when we are at port on a Sunday or else, we watch mass on UA-cam.

Are there any children or young people on the cruise?
Surprisingly, yes. There are 22 children doing the entire world cruise. And we have different ones that come on and off for the various legs of the cruise.
