    - 1 kg daging sapi
    - 10 kluwek
    - 3 liter air
    - 20 bawang merah
    - 10 bawang putih
    - 2 cabe besar
    - sedikit gula merah
    - 1 ruas laos
    - 1 ruas kunyit
    - sedikit kencur
    - 2 ruas jahe
    - 2 sereh
    - 4 Daun jeruk
    - 2 Daun salam
    - 10 kemiri sangrai
    Bumbu ungkep :
    - 2 bawang putih
    - sedikit Jahe
    - sedikit gula merah
    - sereh, salam, daun jeruk
    Bumbu :
    - 1 bungkus kaldu Sapi bubuk
    - 1 sdt penuh garam
    - sedikit gula merah ( optional )
    - sejumput ketumbar bubuk
    Catt :
    Waktu Perebusan dari awal hingga matang sekitar 2 jam, tipe rasa agak ada manisnya, Jika teman2 kurang suka rasa agak manis, gula merah nya dikurangi.
