Our plan is student visa pathway. Question is about show money.
I’m going to sell my car next January and going to show money for study permit in the next month (February) for the fall intake and will be proved how I got the money by a car sale agreement.
1.If that agreement is signed by a lawyer in SL, would it be sufficient? Is registration a must of the agreement in the land registry?
2. I can show that the buyer has transferred money to my account by his bank details if needed further to be proved.
3. This amount would be around 45 and I have 10 lakhs old deposit by my name.
Would this be ok for my self and husband?
4. If all the 55 lakhs are in accounts by my name would it be a problem for dependent’s visa as dependent’s living expenses are also in my account.
