I love this friendship ya'll got going on. Kenyan men are sooooo touchy with being friendly with their fellow guys. Mchongoana is the normal way for kenyan men to talk. WTH? I don't want to spend a whole evening being laughed at and insulted. Compliments, appreciation, encouragement... These aren't 'girly' or 'gay' things to show your boys. We got to start treating EVERYONE the way WE want to be treated. And that is (I assume this holds for 99% of humanity ) being respected and loved.

The body is the temple of God. It's taken me 29 years( i'm 29 at the this time ) to trully understand this truth. Eli says it beautifully, 'It's the one thing you are responsible for'. I guess only when one sees the God in themselves can they trully see the God in their human bbdy, Love you, then you automatically love your body then you automatically take care of your body.
