YES. And yes I do have some examples. A quality management system connects to the business plan. At the highest level it’s about systems and process to deliver on your customer promises. When you talk about software quality systems, that element is a subset to ensure the app or thing you are developing will work as intended for your customer (or internal stakeholder).
