Cooked this today, it was wonderful! The crispiness was so good- i think i didn't use enough oil when frying the aromatics as my sauce was really dry, but I’ll definitely cook it again until i perfect it

As thai, i think ginger and lemongrass is not really necessary much here. Just thai basil, garlic and chilli taste more althentic. Lemongrass and ginger taste better with steam/grill fish
