I, myself was inspired by a TikTok I saw by someone else, but have since then been watching and soaking up your knowledge up like a sponge. You’re right, there’s nothing online like you to learn by. I did the same thing myself when I put out literally ONE UA-cam video to help other parents for the EXACT SAME REASON. I couldn’t find any info on it! So I commend you. Don’t be discouraged about no having room for your mock ups! Get creative, if you have to move your couch to the kitchen for a few hours, do that. Remember a mock up can be 2/3 tents!! Take a lot of close up photos.

Promise. It’s so crazy cause I live in Southern California surrounded by people with MOOLAA and the closest tent party place I’ve fond is like 45 minutes away. I’m between LA and Santa Barbara. When I get big I’ll always remember YOU!😅

Yay good luck! The thing about Honeybook is it has different versions. My version is older and more user friendly. You have to have patience with it and practice. Look up some tutorials on youtube. The main things you will use is proposals which has invoices, contracts, and methods of payment.

How many parties did you 1st start off doing in a weekend when you 1st got started?
Very very few. It took me a few months to really start getting a party or 2 every weekend

Hello Carmen, you mentioned your non-refundable security deposit as well as a damage deposit. Do you charge both before you both agree to book? Does the security deposit count towards the full price of the package
So I apologize I should’ve explained that better.
The deposit secured the date and is non refundable. It also counts toward the entire balance.
The damage or security deposit is refundable and does not count towards balance, so it’s in addition to the entire cost of the party.
