Sometimes in life I just need a minute, so I look for something meaningless and a distraction from the heaviness of this world. This took me out of my situation for a while and entertained me and for that I am thankful I came across this gem of a movie.

Though I do find a lot of old, rare movies on the russian video site, which aren't on youtube, torrents, or for sale anywhere. Same with the chinese youtube clone site, but it's in chinese, so you have to use chrome to translate the page, or since you already know how to use youtube, it works the same way, just use the same routine to play the videos.

sixties hair do's On my 15 birthday my Mother took me to her hairdresser, I wanted a little flip hairdo, but the hairdresser gave me a hair do like my Mothers, like these middle age women in this movie, thank goodness it was raining when we left, a silk scarf hid the 15 yr old little old lady😂 Love this Movie❤😊

My guess is that the hairdresser your Mom used had not stayed current with the styles and times. My own hairdresser stays current and goes to one day classes several times a year. Not only for the cutting styles, but also for new products to use on the hair. Your Mom should have had a little disgruntled chat with this lady just as soon as she saw what direction the woman had taken.

My 1963 flip hairstyle prompted the boys who sat in the seat behind me in my classes, to see how many #2 pencils they could stack in the flipped up curl, without the curl giving way to the weight. That was their way of flirting. Lol😅

Edie, had to go back to school to learn how to do her own finances and to pay for every penny that he earned and wasted. By the way non of his debts had to do with her and she ended up paying for them. And just when she should have retired she had to go back to work to make enough money to live on and raise his two kids from another marriage and her own child with, Ernie. Dear Cult Cinema Classics, please forgive me for being ignorant, but I have never heard of this film till now, despite the fact that it starred that superlative dancer, Cyd Charisse. The colorization passes muster. This could have been achieved because the quality of the film must have been pristine. During colorization, a few glitches may have occurred which is why there are green hues, now and then, that appear on the characters faces. Other than this minor setback, the colorization, is otherwise perfect. Would it be possible for Cult Cinema Classics to colorize the 1962 film noir "Night of Evil" starring Lisa Gaye and William Campell. I will be forever grateful if the answer is in the affirmative.

From 1939 on it was illegal to take money out of England. American film studios accumulated large bank balances from royalties and exhibitors' fees for showing their films in British theaters.
After the war they got the idea of spending the money in England to make movies. They would hire an English studio, actors, director, etc. They would send one or two stars over from Hollywood so they would have familiar names to put up on the theater and on advertising posters. They could export the films and show them in America and get their money that way.
Thanks to the devaluation of the pound everything was very cheap in England compared to the US.

Because, That, Life, Can, Be, Too Short. Try, Not Too Waste Time. Thats Why It's Called. 5 GOLDEN Hours. Too, Be, IN LOVE. THE HUMAN SOUL!!!!!!

Movie makes me nervous the way it twists and turns like a roller coaster across the rules of propriety.

Cute movie but the colour drove me crazy. I’ve never seen so many brown roses. And one lady had silver tone skin.

Colorized films are always like that. I find it irritating.

Probably wasn't a popular film back then. People didn't like con-men. Not like today, where it's seen as a virtue. & people were very poor in Italy back then.
