I'm so happy to see Blaze playable. She's definitely one of my favorite characters in Sonic because of her visuals. She's a cat, she uses fire and she's purple. I do find it odd that the Chao are playable and not Cream and Cheese.
I can only assume they thought Cream was too young and innocent to drive a car, while those Chao are adults and Chao have proven to be quite competent. Sadly, it seems they didn't have any ideas for an extra character for Blaze's team (I don't know their name sorry) so they just shoved in Vector without the rest of the Chaotix (probably for the better Charmy would crash his car in the first 30 seconds)

Sonic_The_Gamer -_- Rouge’s voice actress is the same (Karen Strassman, been the voice of Rouge since 2010), but Knuckles and Silver got new voice actors. Knuckles’ new voice actor is Dave Mitchell, replacing Travis Willingham, and Silver’s new voice actor is Bryce Pappenbrook. There are other characters that got new voice actors as well, but those were the only ones you asked about, so I won’t go into detail about the others.

Rather than Vector, why not introduce Whisper or Tangle from the IDW comics into the games and join Team Blaze and Silver 3. With that said, Vector can now be part of Team Chaotix again

My thoughts on how the roster could be improved: Team Sonic: Already perfect Team Rose: Replace Chao with Cream Team Vector: Put Vector on his own team with Espio as the speed type and Charmy as the technique type, and call it 'Team Chaotix'. Then, put Chaos with Blaze and Silver as the power type and call it 'Team Light' Team Dark: Already perfect Team Eggman: Replace Zavok with Infinite.
That's a good idea, but I see a few flaws for this particular game regarding that roster: - Cream and Charmy are too small and too young to drive--Tails is somewhat different - Silver and Blaze have no connection to Chaos whatsoever, but they have never otherwise been on a three-person team - Eggman would probably have to change types - Would Zavok be dropped entirely?
I wish Rouge's voice had been one of the ones they changed. I've never liked her current voice for her, even though I usually like Karen Strassman's work. Shadow's has surprisingly grown on me over time, so maybe one day Rouge's will grow on me too. Would be nice if Quinton Flynn came back as Silver after this game, though. I don't mind the new VA, but I really liked Flynn's Silver more.

If this game had gotten more support after launch, this could've been serious competition for Crash Nitro Fueled. With monthly or semi-monthly updates like CTRs grand prixs with new characters and tracks, this could have been so much better. Imagine if we got Chaotix Grand Prix: Casino Night from Sonic Heroes as the new track and Cream, Espio, and Charmy as the new characters Adventure Grand Prix: City Escape as the new track, Chaos, Tikal and E 102 Super Update: Super Sonic, Super Shadow and Super Silver would be the new characters in this update Unleashed Grand Prix: Soleanna would be the new track, with The Werehog and Chip as new characters Medieval Grand Prix: Camelot Castle will be the new track, sonic, blaze, shadow, and knuckles will their appearances from Sonic and the Black Knight as new skins. My favorite characters are Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. They’re my favorites because they’re best friends, they have big hearts, and more importantly they have the real superpower of teamwork!
Hey, where's Cream? Did they forgot about her?? She's supposed to be in the game! Cream was also Sonic main character! In the classic game! At least, I'm not the only one who actually missed her.
I feel bad that cream is out..... Vector being with blaze and silver makes no sense. Vector should be with espio and charmy. Zavok being with eggman and metal makes no sense. Zavok should have some of his goons or whatever those others were.
Vector was always the shoe in character, so we should be used to seeing him outside of the Chaotix. Besides, Silver and Blaze are more popular than Espio and Charmy. They made Vector their power character since he's so flexible to fit into any team.

I wish Rouge's voice had been one of the ones they changed. I've never liked her current voice for her, even though I usually like Karen Strassman's work. Shadow's has surprisingly grown on me over time, so maybe one day Rouge's will grow on me too.
Would be nice if Quinton Flynn came back as Silver after this game, though. I don't mind the new VA, but I really liked Flynn's Silver more.

If this game had gotten more support after launch, this could've been serious competition for Crash Nitro Fueled. With monthly or semi-monthly updates like CTRs grand prixs with new characters and tracks, this could have been so much better. Imagine if we got

Adventure Grand Prix: City Escape as the new track, Chaos, Tikal and E 102
Super Update: Super Sonic, Super Shadow and Super Silver would be the new characters in this update
Unleashed Grand Prix: Soleanna would be the new track, with The Werehog and Chip as new characters

Vector should be with espio and charmy.
Zavok being with eggman and metal makes no sense.
Zavok should have some of his goons or whatever those others were.
Vector was always the shoe in character, so we should be used to seeing him outside of the Chaotix. Besides, Silver and Blaze are more popular than Espio and Charmy. They made Vector their power character since he's so flexible to fit into any team.
