Just a quick question. What would you two recommend for someone who wants to get back to working out and running, powder wise. Just had major back surgery 4 mom's ago, getting real tired of the pain pills. Tyvm and GBY (GOD BLESS YOU).
Most important thing is getting the right amount of protein to recover but you can always get that through food as well (: we wish you the best of luck!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble folks. I am almost 61, i am 5' 9' 170 lbs since i was 15. I work out regularly, i eat eggs, sausages and buttered toast 7 days a week. I have eaten this way since i was about 5. My heart is strong, I eat about 5lbs of bread a week, with no ill effects. You are fooling yourselves, everyone i know eats like me and we are fine!
