Special Thanks
To the band for making this awesome music.
Everyone of you watching this now I love you all :)
I think you one of the first people on UA-cam to react to this song. Congratulations for that. I love this joint! Definitely got it right with the funk in this song. The funk is oozing out of their instruments ridiculously! You got to listen to the next song which is Machine Gun, if you haven't heard it. That was probably one of his most iconic solos that he ever performed. Monstrous blues song! No one ever matched the energy of that song yet. ✌🏼
Yes! it's Hendrix-feeling...
Live At The Filmore 👌🎸
The voice done different from Jimi's voice is the drummer, Buddy Miles' voice....
RATM may be just one of the many bands Jimi's artistry influenced over the years...
the whole album rocks and Funky.. wait till you get to Them Changes and then Machine Gun is a BANGER.
love the jams. cheers mate
there's a guy Randy Hansen who is really good at doing "Machine Gun" and he even looks a lot like Hendrix
you may enjoy the Band Of Gypsys style trio Buddy Miles formed with Bootsy Collins on bass and Steve Salas playing Hendrix style riffs on guitar, the band called Hardware.
I will check them out, thank you and thank you for watching.
@@MJLimeyReactions you'd have to listen with an open mind though without comparing Salas to Hendrix.
At 9:40, the only proof that Jimi wasn't an extraterrestrial....He missed that note...I've been trying to figure out how he did miss that note for over 50 years...The answer is simple..he was really human..
Responding to TooSkinnyKenny about Jimi leaving the spotlight to his band mates, the rumor is that he broke a string. While Buddy was doing his singing solo, supposedly Jimi was working on his guitar. It turned out to be a nice break in the action because Jimi comes back on fire!
thanks for the input Ron! thank you for watching!
Imagine just for a minute a musician of Hendrix’s stature being willing to walk off stage to give the spotlight to his musical buddies. You ever see Clapton or Jimmy Page do that?
Try " Message Of Love " & " Machine Gun " from the same album.🎸👌
The guy that said Jimi missed a note ,trying to critique is a hater if thats all a lot guitarist would have like to had miss a note if they could have played like Jimi the goat oo
LOL, thanks for watching!
Without further ado is saying not a jew 😂
😂😂😂
One of the most influential and copied live recordings in music history.
Just give me this tune, along with his rendition of The Star Spangled Banner at Woodstock, and I'll go happy.. 😊
