Hi madam ,as per necessity of Easement Act.I am entitled to used vechile on servient heritage land? To enjoy my beneficial use property of mine ? As my dad is paralyse he cannot walk to use my beneficial land .so in that case can I use vechile on servent heritage land to enjoy my property ( by right of way)

I am giving my land for rent for industry,
Developer company is taking neighbouring land ,
My land is facing main road
Developer will make roads to neighbouring lands
After lease period is there any problem that neighbouring land owners ask for road as these many years used in lease period?
If yes what mode of easement documents do I make and keep with neighbouring land owners?
I am in full confusion
