Only problem why I have problems waking up early is because sleep is the most important factor for recovery and building muscle. So my mind is scared to wake up when I didn't have enough sleep for recovering my body after heavy workouts and practices. How do you deal with waking up early and not having enough recovery sleep?

I felt the last few secs of the vid, I had a brain tumor and I suffer from seizures but I workout and I’m got muscle and people ask me how I do it and they don’t know how I can diet and all the stuff that comes with bodybuilding
One thing that I may add is getting at least 6-8 hour of sleep. Its applaudable that he wakes up at 4:30 am no matter what, but if your getting terrible sleep, your going to be dragging with exhaustion all day long, feeling like crap.
